This charming 80 m² air-conditioned flat with swimming pool in Beaucaire can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 80 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 15 m² balcony. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 80 m² air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A shared 10×6 m swimming pool, open all year round and heated from 15 May to 30 September (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by an alarm.
- A 15 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the warm weather.

The flat is ideally located in Beaucaire, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.

Côté Oliviers 6P "Absolut genial, herrlicher Pool, Ruhe, Natur, Sonne, Seele baumeln lassen. 🙂 Einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt genossen wir vom Balkon aus mit herrlichem Blick in die Ackerlandschaft. Der Garten um den Pool ist von der Eigentümerin liebevoll gepflegt mit Blumen und Olivenbäume spenden Schatten. Es hat genügend Liegestühle im Schatten, sowie in der Sonne. Der Pool hatte 28 Grad und ist super gepflegt. Es fiel uns schwer abzureisen, wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause in einer lockeren Gemeinschaft mit anderen Gästen und die Gastgeber wohnen nebenan und da gab es auch hie und da einen Schwatz. Einfach super - für uns ein Geheimtipp. Die Lage bei Beaucaire so zentral, dass man viele Unternehmungen in maximal einer Stunde Anfahrtszeit machen kann. Das Anwesen ist geschützt mit Mauer und automatischem Tor - wir hatten die Töffs und das Auto ohne Gedanken sicher geparkt - da kommt nichts weg. 🙁 Da gibt es einfach nichts. (Vielleicht die Industrieanlage in Beaucaire - aber das hat uns nicht gestört.)"
