There were dead bugs in the dresser. One of the clean towels had a large brown smear. One of the two rooms we rented had an unusable bath tub. The ice machine was full of mold. The lady who was working was very friendly and helpful.

What the pictures shows is not even close to how the property is. I personally don’t like to complaint and do bad reviews because we all not perfect but this hotel should be first renovated, clean and inspected to be able to open again to the public.

Do not stay at this hotel

When you first look at the building, it looks extremely run down with a bunch of trash around it.When you go into the office smelled, there is a bunch of boxes and things that don't look like they belong there. You were immediately smacked with a stale moldy odor. The bedroom was supposed to have 2 Queen beds. The beds was more full size. I did have to ask them to change one of the bedsheets because there was hair in it. Now I thoroughly check my beds.When I go to a hotel. The new sheets appeared to have bed bug stains they were washed.. Now, I did not find. Any clearly they had covers over the bed. Whatever they use to clean the furniture with left interested feel to it. There was a stained, single chair and um up the corner, and yeah, there was also a dead cockroach behind it. The toilet was decently cleaned.However the curtains were extremely worn. The event didn't work in the bathroom. When I looked on the reviews for hotel.com the reviews weren't bad. However, when I looked at the actual website after I got there, the reviews were extremely terrible.also was seventy five on there site. Not what i paid. Do not recommend this place.

Walk in and the room smells like mold. They would not change me into another room. Had to put my own blankets on the bed because me and my husband got bites from bed bugs, and they will not refund, so we had to stay. So not recommend this hotel at all.

The lady at the desk was very nasty to me shows online service animals stay free that’s not true she said either pay or go elsewhere ! Room was disgusting got 3 channels on the tv couldn’t wait to go to another place which btw was amazing also had homeless druggie all over building …oh n to top it off you could see outside from the inside want picts oh I have them !

She acted like she didn't understand English. The last time we were there they were remodeling so I thought it would be better, at least there wasn't any fruit flies in the room. Only had 6 tv channels and none of them were local.

The property is very run down, doesnt look like the picture outside or inside. The room wasn't what we booked either we booked a non-smoking king bed. We got a room with 2 double beds and it smelled like smoke. I went back to the front desk and they said it was a non-smoking room and they didnt have a king available. We were only there for the night so we made it work. When we got up the next morning 2 roaches crawled out of the bed. My husband went to the front desk and told them about the roaches and they told us next time is free. We were there for a funeral and will not be going back in the near future, But if we did go we wouldnt stay there.

We got there at 1am. The room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. My son and I could not stay there it was so filthy. We slept on our car that night as it was preferable to the room we were offered.
