Pet Policy
• All pets must be disclosed and fee paid prior to arrival
• Pets are not allowed on beds, couches, or furniture
• Pets may not be left unattended in the home or yard
• If left alone in the home, pets must be crated/kenneled
• All pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of (additional fees may apply)

House Rules
• Please notify us immediately if anything is broken or damaged
• No smoking or illegal activity on the property
• No parties or events
• Only the approved number of guests may stay overnight
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Check-out is prior to 10:00 AM on the day of departure

Pool Use & Safety Disclaimer
The pool is provided for guest enjoyment; however, use of the pool and surrounding area is at the guest’s own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party. Children and pets must be supervised at all times while in or near the pool area.
For safety and operational reasons, pool equipment (including the pump, filters, controls, and any related systems) must not be tampered with or adjusted. If you experience any concerns with the pool, please contact us immediately so we can address it properly.
Please note that a professional pool service company maintains the pool every other week on either Tuesday or Friday. These scheduled maintenance visits will occur as planned and will not be canceled or rescheduled due to guest stays or check-ins.
