Nestled in beautiful Beaufort on Lady's Island 3.9 miles to downtown Beaufort, close to Hunting Island and Fripp Island this delightful waterfront house with a pool and dock is the perfect vacation rental for guests seeking a fantastic getaway. With 5 bedrooms, including a king bed, 1 queen bed, a full/twin bunk bed plus additional twin on the top floor. The separate downstairs space has 2 queens, 3 twin beds. There’s plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The property boasts 3 full bathrooms, complete with a hair dryer, towels, soap and toiletries in each bathroom for added convenience. Additionally, you'll find a cozy living room and the Carolina room over looking the water. The dining area has a beautiful water view as well. Sit outside by the pool, on the dock, or on the back deck overlooking the salt water marshes relaxing and taking the beauty of all South Carolina has to offer. Use the elevator to bring your groceries up or for anyone that can't take the stairs up. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. You can unwind in the pool, enjoy grilling, swimming, and fishing in the creek or venturing to the local beaches to explore. There's a separate downstairs space if you need more room equipped with a gaming center for kids, air hockey, foosball tablewith no access internally to the upstairs (additional fee for space).

The view off the deck is absolutely stunning! Egrets, magpies, gulls, and of course fish. The men on our trip enjoyed fishing off the dock well into the night as the area was so well lit. There was a paddle board and canoe. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck which wrapped around the home to an area with 2 lovely rockers. Pool and hammock was a plus. Plenty of space. Location was ideal for a quick ride to Beaufort or Port Royal. State park with nature center, light house and a fishing pier. Dockside restaurant is a must! Owners VERY responsive to our needs.

House was set up great with upstairs and downstairs living ing areas. The beds were nice and comfortable. Proximity to both Charleston and Savannah with so much to see right in Beaufort. The pool was nice and clean and refreshing after a long day touring. Didn't do much cooking but kitchen looked stocked.

Salt Marsh Creek Comforts

We enjoyed a comfortable week overlooking the salt marsh on Lady’s Island between Beaufort and St. Helena Island, which was the perfect spot for day trips to Hunting Island State Park, Savannah, and local parks for walks and birding (we identified over 50 species of birds during the week!), as well as learning about the rich culture and history of the area. The house was spacious and comfortable for our multigenerational group, the kitchen well-equipped for preparing meals, games were available inside and out, there are plenty of couches and comfy chairs for relaxing, and the beds and linens were great. Our hosts were very responsive and offered suggestions for paddling in the area. We paddled in the marsh launching our kayaks from the dock, and enjoyed the pool and pool house, as well as the wraparound deck overlooking the marsh. We’d rent here again!

Very nice!

This property was perfect for us. We rented this house to attend my son’s graduation ceremony @ Parris Island Marine Corp. The location was perfect. 25 minutes away. Hilton head is only an hour away. The house was clean. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. We were very happy with this rental. I will stay again if I’m in the area.

Great place for Vacation stay

Our group had a great stay. Everything was perfect as listed, no problems whatsoever. The sunrise across the marsh was incredible as was the evening! Our group will definetly return!

Perfect

We stayed at this property for my son’s graduation from boot camp. It was only about a 20 minute drive to Parris Island and was in a great location. The house itself was perfect for what my family needed. The kids enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of space for all of us. The owners were wonderful and responded to all questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this property!

My concerns

It was not easy to access the elevator with no instructions. The TV had no instructions and the one toilet needs a new device to flush properly. No paper products were on the property to accommodate a 6 day upon arrival. Owners did bring them several days later on request after I had already purchased them. The property was nice despite a few minor issues
