Check in was extremely slow but the staff was nice. They had one elevator in service. My room didnt hv toilet paper. The facilities was not clean. Ive stayed here before but this was far from what im use to.

Nice hotel,god size room,very good breakfast. To go to the hotel was little trickier on the gps. The only downside of the hotel ,they need to change the carpet and paint some walls

Dated hotel - needs alot of refresh

The hotel is dated - very very small claustrophobic bathroom - the door almost runs into the toilet - there were constant issues with the elevators while we were there - I had added an extra night to my reservation and alerted that to the check in clerk but it wasn't put into our reservation and stressed us out with calls about our items being left in our room when we had an extra night - it was a good location for our purposes but i will probably not stay there again.

I was supposed to have a room pool side and didn't. Do not leave the parking lot because when you get back you will not have a place to park due to large functions being held there. There were 7-8 cop cars when we arrived back at the hotel one evening due to something and the ftont desk clerk was very rude when I asked about the safety at the hotel. The girl that works the pool is also very rude. The cleaning staff was very nice.

They didn't get us checked in until 1.5 hours after check in time. The pool closed at 8, which means less swim time due to the late check in. The bar didn't open until 4 and closed at 10 on a Saturday night. The food was horrible, no flavor. & the hallway & room smelled horrible.

Room was not ready 2 hours after check-in time. Toilet was broken and Toilet water fluded the room. I had to step in the toilet water to rurn of water manually on the side of the toilet. Had to move to another room. Hotel was at capacity and only one elevator was working. We were on the 7th floor and had to use the stairs because of problems with the one working elevator. Sink in new room wouldn't drain. Hotels in room phone was not working.

Upon arriving, there was one person at the front desk they had about eight people in front one elevator working three large events going on when checked in our restroom was dirty. It was hair all over the tub and in the sink the room smelled very musty. I would not be coming back here. I was very disappointed.

I recommend them highly!

It was a wonderful place to stay! The staff went over and beyond, was very friendly, and helpful! The only negative is that it needs updated a little and a little work done to improve the rooms.

Check in was great, friendly staff. Room smelled a little musty, bathroom water in shower was completely BROWN even after running for 5 minutes, it just got worse. Free breakfast buffet was great, staff was rude. I'm not sure she had a long morning or what. No one was there to seat us, so we went found her, no big deal. She seemed to be frustrated, it was no clean tables so we waited. The lady in the coffee shop told us go sit ourselves, with an attitude. We explained we were just waiting for a clean table. the table was cleared but she didnt wipe it, just went on to clean another table so again no biggie we wiped it. We sat for a few minutes, she was the only waitress. Went got food and waited a bit longer She just kept clearing tables. Asked when she had time just for coffee and water. She still seemed unhappy. When she did bring it we just didn't ask for anything else. Unfortunately they have to bring you all beverages so we just went without refills or asking for anything else. Glad it was just a 1 night stay. Checkout staff again was great!
