Beautiful Minnesota River Valley at Iverson Tree Farm

This story and a half home sits on the Iverson Tree Farm in the Beautiful Minnesota River Valley. North of Belview and South of Sacred Heart. The sunrise and sunset are absolutely amazing, along with the wildlife. You will see deer roaming while you are in the peaceful outdoors.
The home itself, includes a fully furnished kitchen including, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, common spices, dish towels, etc.. The bathroom has several things one may need including towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditoner, body wash, lotion and hair dryer. The bedrooms have fresh bedding, pillows, lamps and extra sheets. There is one bedroom on the main level with a queen size bed, closet and dresser. The upstairs is one open room with one queen bed and two twin beds. The living room has a chaise couch, glider with ottoman, flat screen tv hung on the wall connected to the wifi with a firestick. The game room includes a pool table that you are most certain to enjoy! This home does include a washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets if you have the need to do laundry. It is NOT expected of you to do any laundry during your stay.
Less than 2 miles away, just across the section, is the Grandview Valley Winery. They serve excellent pizza and wine!
In the winter months, be sure to bring your snowmobile and follow the trails.
State parks and trails are a sure fit for the outdoor person wanting to stay at this location
This is the perfect destination for a girls weekend, guys hunting getaway, a couples retreat or to bring the kids and explore the great outdoors.

The kids had a great time watching movies and playing pool, it was comfortable, well kept and felt like a home away from home. We were safe, unbothered and slept well. Thanks to the owner for providing and sharing their home with us while we traveled to and from a volleyball tournament.

Amazing Stay!

House was darling, and SO clean! We were in town for a quck overnight trip to visit our dog who is in training. We had been in the car for 13 hours, and what a treat it was so get out and stretch out legs at this beautiful property, and lay our heads down in a nice clean bed with peace and quiet all around us. Great winter escape

Wonderful stay on a great tree farm. The house was great for our family of 4 (two adults, two small kids) and our oldest loved the games the house had available to play with. We had a fantastic stay and everything went really smooth. Super easy check in and out and great communication with the owners. There was zero issue for us, but if you have noise sensitive folks, we did notice it was hard to find a quiet corner with others doing things in the house. Definitely not a critique, just the nature of the space.

Beautiful Get Awat

We were looking for a place to stay with an infant (our first time traveling with a baby) while my Husband and Daughter attended a conference. Being from a farm, we wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful. This definitely checked all of our boxes. The host was very helpful and responded to all of my questions from the time we booked until we left. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Great girls weekend!

We had a great weekend staying here for girls weekend and being able to visit casino close by and spending the day in Walnut Grove for the Laura Ingalls Wilder pagent! It was nice for a group of 5 to have our own space and kitchen! Just a few suggestions would be a fan or two as the AC didn't cool the entire house to our liking! The one twin bed you could feel the metal bars on, and the queen on the main make sure the wheels are locked in place (it tipped to one side at first) gave us a good laugh though! 🙂 Mel was quick to respond when we had questions!

Stay in SW Minnesota

We needed a place to stay for a family reunion. This fit our needs. It was comfortable, secluded, with all the right amenities. Our immediate family stayed here together and were able to eat and catch up before heading out to the larger family events. The pool table was a real hit for us too!

Had a wonderful time! Pool table was fun. However one ball is missing from the group. Beds were very soft. Downstairs bed was on frame with wheels and rolled a littlle unexpectedly. Had a great time at the winery next door would visit again

This is a beautiful property nestled in the Minnesota farming fields. The property is quiet and the sunrises are spectactular. Great pizza nearby too. Will be back!!
