You'll fall under the spell of this chalet's alpine ambiance as soon as you step inside! From the massive floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace to the spacious windows with views of the Monashee Mountains, to the wraparound deck with a barbecue, this home boasts comfort and luxury in equal measure. Plus, you'll enjoy immediate ski-in/ski-out access, as well as a hot tub and ski locker.
To ski out, exit the deck door onto the groomed ski run, which leads to the Serwas Run, providing access to several chairlifts. To ski back, take Serwas Run after the Silver Tip Landing bridge, and any of the paths on the right will bring you back to this condo. An illuminated pathway leads to the resort village.
The vaulted ceiling, crossed by exposed beams, adds to the country charm of this chalet. Cook your dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an island, breakfast bar stools, and stainless steel appliances. Two of the bedrooms have slope-facing windows, in addition to the beautiful views from the living room. You'll have free WiFi here during your stay, along with a 32' flatscreen TV, a stereo with a USB port, and a private washer and dryer.

Great location

This place has awesome ski in and ski out where you can ski right to the back porch and then only go up a small incline to get back out again.The unit has great beds, a nice hot tub, seemingly unending hot water for showers, a beautiful fireplace and a great entertainment centre.We did have some small issues in that they didn’t clear the driveway so my AWD Suburban couldn’t make it up to the unit parking lot and we had to unload everything from the road and go park in the Happy Valley Parking lot for 25 dollars a night. In addition, while they had tons of hand soap, shampoo, laundry detergent and dish soap they only left 4 dishwasher pods a couple rolls of toilet paper and no garbage bags except the ones in the garbage bins when we got there. When I complained about it they texted me that Vacasa just leaves a starter pack.If you decide to book this unit I would ask them what they expect you to bring as getting items up on the hill is expensive and it would be better to bring them from Kelowna.

Amazing home

We had an amazing stay, our whole family was able to hangout and cook meals, after a day on the hill. The bunk beds were great for the kids and Netflix to entertain them. Wonderful that there was a dishwasher, hot tub, and laundry. Amazing to be able to ski right out the back door. And only a short walk to the village for going out or shopping. 10/10 would stay here again.

Nice place for ski in/ski out options for large last minute booking but needs some upgrades

Surprised to find only 1 parking for a place that sleeps 10! Plan for an extra 25 a night for additional parking and a 25-30 minute walk to get there. No personal contact from owners all sent through vacation bot. Broken dishwasher (repairman showed up as we were leaving with no notice from owners to expect anyone), hot tub maintenance person showed up again without any notice from owners, bathroom sink knobs broken, garbage left under beds, dust on most items. Location is great but for the price if you book in advance I’m sure you can find somewhere better

Big White Summer Stay

Despite the weather not cooperating, we enjoyed our stay. There was a lot of room for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a few meals. When the sun came out there was also a beautiful view from the deck!

Disappointing

A lot of inaccurate information in the listing and communication, including parking and wi-fi. Broken furniture (chair, bedroom door). Not enough utensils and seating for 10 people. One parking space for 10-people rental. Dirty kettle, dirty kitchen sponge.

Great all around condo

Overall you will be happy with this condo. The Ski in/ Ski out can’t be beat. Modern big hot tub with lovely forest setting. Kitchen is well stocked. Easy walk home from town. One con: bedrooms are small and wouldn’t be big enough for a playpen

Excellent Condo

This condo was spacious and clean. Ski in ski out was great. A little farther from the village then we anticipated but was still awesome. Only negatives were the parking, not near enough room for four 4x4 vehicles. Which is how many spots there should be. We had to wake people up in one unit so they could move for us to get out. The coffee maker didn’t work and when we asked for a new one we were assured it would be taken care of. It was not and we spent the whole holiday with a broken coffee pot. Overall the stay was wonderful though!
