This historic home has been fully renovated to offer all the commodities of a modern household while retaining the Beechworth charm of a historic home.

Quiet location yet only a 2 minute walk from Ford Street with heaps of off street parking.

This immaculate home is bright and spacious with light-filled modern living and generous bedrooms.

The large master suite enjoys a stunning en suite with floor to ceiling tiles and a large walk-in robe. The second bedroom is equally as grand and is fitted with double built in robes, as is bedroom three.

A cleverly designed central bathroom with a separate toilet provides added convenience.

Your new kitchen combines a stylish 2-pak finish with timber benchtops, a walk-in pantry, and brand new appliances, including a double drawer dishwasher.

Year-round comfort is assured with a ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling unit, plus the benefit of extra ceiling insulation.

The outside has not been overlooked. With separate veranda areas on all four sides of the home, you can follow the sun. Not to mention, a handy carport for off-street parking.

Our stay in Beechworth was wonderful. From beginning to end, our host Christian was extremely welcoming and helpful. The house was just beautiful. As well, it was very clean, fully equipped, plenty of space - and an excellent location, so close to everything!Would highly recommend a stay here - we will definitely be returning.
