The hotel carpet is dirty. The hallway smells strong cigarette odor. There mold on the wall in the shower. However, the staff is nice and helpful. We do love the coffee machine in the lobby and at breakfast place.

Location was great for ToH and the metro. Breakfast was good. But it’s old and dated. Room was dirty, with old toothpick on the floor and other 'bits‘ on the corners. Dodgy stains on the floors. No fridge in the room. Very noisy - could hear people talking, coughing, vomiting in adjacent rooms and from the corridor. Laundry was a hassle. Gym consisted of two running machines.

All fine. Washing machine isn’t easy to use if you don’t have a Chinese phone number. The staff at breakfast clear away plates/cups etc far too quickly. I left to go to get more coffee & came back to my plate/knife/fork etc was gone. I wasn’t anywhere near finished. Gym is super basic. Lots of water in the room etc.

We ended up leaving the property 4 nights early. The noise on the floor was intense with a lot of people leaving their doors open since they were traveling in groups. I was told at the front desk when I checked out to let Expedia know I had checked out early, and would receive a refund for the days. Of course that wasn't the response I received after speaking to Expedia. I was asked to provide proof of being told I could have a refund, after I was checked out, and already in a different country. As a platinum member, who paid for insurance for this booking, I would expect a little different of an outcome.

The stay in general was ok. The hotel needs a good revamp. Instayed there for few days and i haven noticed that the cleaning staff was very attentive. The breakfast was good. Bitnother thba that the hotel and the rooms are aged. Finally after i left i tried to get in touch with the hotel for something i left behind andngot no response. Generally language barier was very heave and lack of correspondence frustrating
