The pool and gym facilities need some work unfortunately. Staff were friendly enough and the buffet breakfast is pretty good. For where it is, and the value, you won’t find better.

The property is a 3 star and in need of upgrades. The housekeeping that attends to the rooms is subpar and provided an incredibly poor service for taking out the trash, additionally, they failed to vacuum or place items such as bottled water and coffee packets where they belong. The decor is dated and the glass was cracked on the desk. The bathtub was in atrocious shape. This was a superior corner unit. The rest of the hotel is fine, room service is quick, but food wasn’t very good. I am giving this a lower rating based on the overall cost value as opposed to nitpicking minute inefficiencies. The price point is representative of the location, but not the overall condition, service, or experience of the hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel! They allow early check-in if rooms are available—I arrived at 10 AM and was able to check in, even though the official check-in time is 2 PM. They accept takeout and package deliveries, which is super convenient. I ordered over 10 packages during my stay. If you’re not in the room, the front desk will hold them for you 24/7—you can even pick them up at midnight. They’ll also deliver packages directly to your room without asking for tips. The hotel has a large parking lot, and the fee is very affordable. Free fruit, snacks, and attentive service make the stay even better. The hotel is a bit dated, but everything else exceeded my expectations!
A small note and some snacks reflect their thoughtful hospitality.

The place is well located near all attractions. Transport options are good. The hotel staff are friendly. They were helping us to book transport and tickets to Great wall. The only drawback is during our last few days, the hotel shut the swimming pool for maintenance. Otherwise five stars experience.
