Bella's Vista - Hound Dog Haven and Paw Spa
Bring the family to this peaceful place to stay with an amazing deck & firepit with full privacy fence! Paw spa downstairs, with pup washing station! Game room with full arcade, mini hoops, & more! 0.25mi pedal to Little Sugar, 1mi to Bella Vista CC and golf course, 1.5mi to Tanyard Creek trail, & 1.75mi to Lake Avalon! Easy access to the highway but the house is off the road and quiet, with only local traffic and wooded areas on both sides.


Named after our hound dog Bella, who frequented the area during the full renovation of the house, but sadly is no longer with us and wasn't able to see the house in its finished glory. For her legacy we love to provide housing to families with dogs and try our best to provide everything a dog owner or dog themselves could wish for!


This space is a very nice newly remodeled house in the woods of NW Arkansas. The house is on a quiet street with a fully fenced backyard near the lake, bike trails, and golf courses. Dog crates are provided for your family companions!

Great dog friendly place! We take our fur babies everywhere. They had blankets and treats. Close to whatever you need but quiet street. Beds are comfy and game room for kids downstairs was a bonus. Owners are also so easy to get in contact with and take care of anything and everything fast.

The house was great and suited our needs for the weekend. Our first time up in Bella Vista and we really enjoyed it. It was great for our dog as well. The included kennel saved us space in our vehicle which was nice. As can be expected when staying in a pet friendly space there was a bit of animal hair on couches and bed comforters but it was ok. The game room was great for the kids. The property manager was super helpful and responsive.

We wanted a comfy retreat for us and our two pups after a morning hiking or kayaking - and that's exactly what we got and more!Bella's Vista is excellently located and an exceptionally well maintained property. The games room with classic arcade machines was a fun touch. The dog kennels, bowls and other doggie items were very helpful too.We cannot praise the host enough for their help when we had an unexpected conflict with our dates. We will definitely be coming back again (if only to let my husband beat his top score on Golden Tee! )

I cannot even begin to sing enough praises of this property. It is by far the best property that I have ever stayed at. If you have dogs, this is the house for you. It has so many things in the house that will make the dogs’ stay perfect. The fenced in backyard is extraordinary and the dogs love love love to run around and they love to run up and down the decks. The house inside is immaculate and beautiful and the master suite will take your breath away. The furnishings inside the house are lovely and the appliances are top quality. I absolutely cannot wait to return to this house once again.

Wonderful Place!

My husband and I stayed here with my sister and her family. The space was perfect for us! The 3 bedrooms were laid out perfectly for 4 adults and 2 kids, and having access to 3 bathrooms was important. My husband and I liked having the room on the bottom floor where we had our our couch and bathroom when we needed some quiet. We all really enjoyed the game room, which was a wonderful added bonus. The house was in a very quiet location, but still close to the interstate when we needed to go places. We felt like we had everything we needed during our stay. The owner was communicative and I knew I could reach out if I needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay!

Bella Vista visit

Hound Dog Haven is a very comfortable home in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We were a multi generational family- the kids loved the game room - gave the adults some time to visit while they had fun. Kitchen is well appointed. Beds were comfortable and great pressure in the shower. Would definitely recommend.

Great for kids

This property was great for kids although people with mobility issues should be careful. The house it located on steep incline and the backyard fire pit is also located on a steep incline so depending on the age of children be aware. It was fine for our group. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay which was wonderful! The game room was a hit with the kiddos. Wonderful time!

Beautiful home!

Very clean, beautifully and comfortably designed home! We felt right at home. Love that the it has different zones that catered to all of us. Enjoyed coffee on the back porch listening to the birds, we all loved the game room and our beds were so comfy!

Weekend get a way

We really enjoyed our stay here. It had everything our dogs and our family needed. We picked this fenced in property and its location so we could bring our fur babies along. It was an adventure for them. The house is surrounded by forest. We enjoyed the privacy but also its not far from everything we wanted to do. Our host was easy to get in touch with and supplied the home with everything we could need for our dogs.The game room was such a fun place to hand out. We would definitely stay here in the future.🐶👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️

Perfect stay!

We had a completely positive experience at this home. They thought of every little thing you might need, and had it available, just in case. The back porch/yard felt like you were in the rain forest and was very private. The game room was sooo fun for my teens. The owner always responded to messages immediately. We enjoyed a swimming hole in McKisic Creek nearby, the Mildred B Cooper Memorial Chapel, watching the bats leave Crystal Cave, and going to Bentonville to the Crystal Museum. We had a wonderful mini-vacation in NW Arkansas and would be happy to stay in this home again. Thank you for having us!
