Cozy and bright apartment with beautiful views, a short distance from the bay of Pescallo. This finely furnished apartment is located on the second floor of a building with no elevator and features a terrace from which guests can admire a beautiful lake and mountain view. The open plan living area houses a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster, and a living room with a sofa, an armchair, a dining table and a TV. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a queen-size bed and spacious closets. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower. At guests' disposal amenities such as washing machine, iron, free wi-fi and heating.*In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como. The nearest beach is the bay of Pescallo, just 5 minutes walk. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Bellagio Bus Station and 1 hour and 20-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.

10/10 We loved our stay here! The view was absolutely gorgeous and the living area was very spacious! The location was perfect, with a 5 minute walk to a local restaurant and another 10 minute walk down to the towns center! Taxis and Ubers are not super reliable but don’t feel discouraged by the walk, it’s not that far your only initial struggle will be all the stairs you will have to climb in the town center. Overall loved the place and loved the location, would definitely come back.

I’m still pinching myself, it was THAT good!

Perhaps I have the same reaction to everyone else that walks into this apartment but you just couldn’t wipe the smile off my face the whole time I was there. I’ve travelled extensively and rarely have I come upon lodging that hits all the key points for me. The VIEW is what really sales this place and location. And I love how the owner has decorated with color that suits the vibe of Bellagio and vacation! It’s all fun and colorful - as it should be. I suppose I could take a star off on small items
could use a more comfortable couch, update in the bathroom perhaps but that’s not enough to take a star away. Being able to park there at the residence, a comfortable bed, and cleanliness are a big deal to me - so kudos there. And working with Marco, my main contact person, was just marvelous! As I’ve online journaled my whole 3-month European vacation, my friends back in the states are “pea green with envy” on this rental and can’t believe how gorgeous the views are. Trust me
you’ll love it!

A five star bad experience

This apartment is fine - light, spacious with a great view - but the owner and agent (Wonderful Italy) show no care for their guests. We could not get in and had to spend our first night in a hotel, the induction hob did not work (wrong saucepans), the coffee maker leaked and all three corkscrews were broken. There were no instructions, tourist guides or welcome pack with advice pack. Avoid!

Host not friendly, slow response. Let down

You need to be in extreme physical fitness (20 and run marathons/fittness competitions) have a light wt packpack to make this walk in the time frame stated!!! Wish the directions included how to avoid the hundreds of steps!!! Please tell your guest if temps drop, and the home gets down to 50 degrees, No heat allowed!! Took us 20 min to get in from fom gate, confusing with all the keys. Coffee maker kept leaking, toliet kept running, mold in shower. They leave you 1 washing maching pod 1 dish pod! Very small washer. Difficult to dry with NO drying rack, cold/raining out and 50 degrees inside. The shower is actually a small, step up bathtub with a shallow narrow half seat, you can't use. You need to be careful. I am 52 and it was difficult, no grab bars. Mold in grout areas and ceiling needs re paint. We text the host back after she sent us a message reminding us about check out time and to wash our dishes and take out trash, like we are childern. She asked what time we were leaving. I told her we never received instructions on where the garbage bins were, half of her down loads were sent after I was commuting and would not download.. if she could please tell us? No response ever. We bagged everything up and left one small bag by door. Lost power evening before we left. Sent message. NO respose until we were gone.on ferry.. She never apologised. All her responses throughout our stay were cold and snarky. She does not care about her guest or comfort! Would NOT recommend.

Excellent Unit with Amazing Views

This is an absolutely lovely unit with stunning views of the lake. It's clean and quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. If you're traveling by public transportation, there's a bit of a hike (up some stairs/hills), but it's well worth it. I really appreciated the location away from the bustle of tourists. Highly recommended.

Perfect Italian Villa

This villa had the perfect panoramic view of lake como, it was secluded from the busy areas of Bellagio but still a close 10 minute walk to all of the shops, and a 2 minute walk to a couple of restaurants which made it the perfect location. We loved how spacious the apartment was and the authentic, classic decor. The only tricky part about this place was that we had a difficult time finding the property at first, but once the address was given to us it was simple to find. Thank you so much for the beautiful stay. We will definitely be coming back to this wonderful property

Amazing stay

This place has amazing views. The listing doesn't give it justice. Beautiful scenery all around, and the place was great. The location is perfect sitting between the main town of Bellagio and the supermarket. I found the walk into town easier than expected. The inside is quaint with an older Italian feel mixed with updated kitchen area. Great air flow with the breezes through the big windows and they provided a mobile AC as needed. A few minor hiccups but things that happen. We would definitely rent here again and refer others.

Beautiful views and quiet location.

Nice terrace with views to relax after visiting villas and gardens. 11 minute walk to downtown and in the other direction to 2 supermarkets. ( we didn’t have a car or need one.) We frequently cooked and it was well set up with pots and dishes. The dishwasher and washing machine were nice! Beautiful location, apartment and incredible views.

Great location - Best for European Traveler

The great points: Beautiful location, spacious rooms, lovely décor Our issues: Assumes you understand the nuances of Italian homes. There were no instructions as to the television, HVAC, the stove, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. We worked out most of the problems. TV: though it had a cable box attached, apparently the service was disconnected. The radiators worked during the day for the 1st 3 days then went cold. Just chilly in morning, but outside warmed up and temperatures were ok. Never did figure that out. When we called the property manager, she walked us thru the stove issues and the hot water in the kitchen. Finally found a manual on the washing machine, translated the Italian and got that running.

Terrific stay in quieter area of Bellagio

The apartment is in a terrific location - about 15 minutes to the ferry area. It's in a quiet neighborhood with local people, close to a grocery store and bakery. It's about 15 minutes in the other direction to the public beach and old fishing hamlets are a short walk away. It is very clean and quiet. Host was great.

In all of our years staying in VRBO properties this apartment had the best view. I wish we would have spent all of our 3 weeks in Italy in this apartment. The agent was very responsive to any inquiries. Everything was perfect about this apartment. I hope we get to come back one day. I will never forget the week we spent in Bellagio.
