Il Perlo panorama

Our stay was pretty good we were look after well by the hotel staff!!! Shuttle service from hotel to Bellagio centre is very good! Breakfast every morning is well prepared and varied food choices. But I’m not done yet!!! The View is phenomenal! I would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel anytime. 😀 A few suggestions would be a welcome drink station as it can be to hot during the summer. An ice machine we be handy and just some soft furnishings on the room. Having to say that we still totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends and family. Ciao!❤️

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so polite and courteous. They really went out of their way to assist you with everything you needed. Transportation was a plus. The food was pretty good as well. The highlight was definitely the amazing views. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Location lovely, stunning views. Rooms nice and comfortable. Bathroom was quite small, however was more than workable for a short stay. The staff were fantastic, really helpful and the the shuttle bus to town was a fantastic added bonus.

Great location with views over Bellagio and lake Como. Located a fair distance out side town but hotel provided an ev shuttle bus to and from town centre. Slight negative due to needing to book a table for dinner some hours in advance caused a problem for us one evening.

WOW – Just Incredible! We couldn’t be more grateful for our stay here. The location is absolutely perfect, and the views are simply unforgettable. The location of this hotel is beyond perfect. What a view from our room. We booked a superior Lake Room. The room was very clean and had a comfy bed. The free shuttle service they offer to and from Bellagio town centre was very helpful. Staff very friendly, always happy to help. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed our stay! Would recommend this hotel.

Great property with some amazing views that my wife and I won't soon forget. I will say though that while the service was good, the team they have in place was pulled in many directions and seemed to be a bit crazed quite often. The Front Desk Manager was also in charge of their shuttle service and when she was on a run there was no one there to handle internal room issues. Joy was amazing though and even took us on a shuttle ride when she originally wasn't going to be able to, so we could make our boat ride we had scheduled. Also, the room we had was small, with a very small bathroom...especially the shower...so just be prepared if you are a larger guy. There is NO elevator on the property, so be prepared to carry your luggage up to your room if you are on one of the higher floors. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING and the views from the terrace they have were incredible. The wait staff were very attentive and they had great options for wine and cocktails.

The views were amazing and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean. The air con wasn’t working so the room was hot. There was ceiling fan which cooled the room slightly. A shuttle was provided each day to take you down to Bellagio ( have to give 30 mins notice), but at times were picked up earlier. The only complaint is that on our last night we went to the bar at 19.45 to have a drink and enjoy the views when we were told by the women working at the bar/restaurant that she was too busy to serve us drinks and to come back at 22.00 when she was less busy! Altho great views would recommend to stay around ferry port then have the bars/restaurants within walking distance and don’t have to rely on hotel shuttle bus or staff being too busy to serve drinks.

We had an incredible stay – this hotel delivered a continuous wow factor from start to finish. The views were breathtaking, the room was stunning, and the food was delicious. We were thrilled to discover that the suite we had booked had recently been refurbished – it was absolutely exquisite. The hotel was immaculate throughout, with beautifully maintained grounds and an overall sense of care and attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive. They had asked for feedback on the room, and the couple of minor suggestions we shared were addressed during our stay – a real mark of great service. The restaurant food was a highlight. We did experience a couple of small miscommunications, one with the shuttle transfer (a funky VW ID Buzz!) and another with a massage booking, but these were minor and didn’t take away from the overall experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone – it was as close to perfect as it gets.
