The apartment, located on the first floor of a house, is distributed over multiple levels. The entrance opens onto the living area, a bright open-plan space comprising a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a lounge with sofas and TV. The apartment continues with the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and one with a single bed, and a relaxation area on the upper mansard floor, furnished with a sofa and a TV. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
