Two Bedroom Condo On Legend Golf Course at Shanty Creek Resorts

This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom first floor condominium unit overlooks the entire first fairway of the Arnold Palmer designed Legend Golf Course at Shanty Creek Resorts. With a very large and shaded back deck, guests can enjoy morning coffee and, later, fabulous northern Michigan sunsets while watching golfers, deer, turkey and other nature pass by below.

This unit offers king beds in both bedrooms, a jacuzzi tub in both bathrooms, gas fireplace in the living room, in-unit washer/dryer, and full kitchen. Guests are welcome to use the private beach club on Lake Bellaire (2 mile drive), as well as either the indoor or outdoor pools at The Lakeview Hotel (short walk).

Our Legend condo is located across the street from the Legend and Summit pro shop, and within 3 miles of four other championship caliber golf courses (Cedar River, Hawks Eye, Schuss, The Chief).

At Shanty Creek Resorts you are 2 miles from downtown Bellaire and Short’s Brewery, 45 - 50 minutes to the Traverse City, Charlevoix/Petoskey or Gaylord areas! Bellaire is centrally located to take in Torch Lake, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Mackinac Island, and all the great destinations northern Michigan has to offer.

Spacious, quiet and relaxing are the most frequent comments we receive from our guests. They enjoy being near the heart of Shanty Creek Resorts without feeling they are in the middle of it. We hope to see you soon!

Although I saw the photos online, I was surprised that the condo was large and well decorated, and had everything we needed, plus! Not just a 2nd bedroom, but a lock-off bedroom with a mini kitchen and jacuzzi tub! The view and serenity on the large balcony were another surprise. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the lovely beach front down the road and the indoor-outdoor pools that are exceptional bonuses for this unit! I'll be back!

This is a great place to stay with spacious porch, wonderful rockers, and lovely view!! We enjoyed seeing golfers tee off in the morning. Was perfect for two couples with plenty of comfortable space and privacy. Convenient to DeWitt marina and boating. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful condo over looking the Legend golf course! Enjoyed the patio so much both in the morning with our coffee watching the golfers and in the evening watching the sunset! It was very quiet and clean! Beds were comfortable as were the livingroom furniture (which was barely used since the patio was so lovely)
 the 2nd room was more like a small efficiency and was perfect to close out the kids mess! The bath tubs were lovely and the showers had great water pressure! Already booked our week for next summer and we cannot wait!

Peaceful mornings.

This condo was perfectly located away from all the hustle and bustle of Traverse City but close enough to enjoy everything the area had to offer. The mornings were quiet and peaceful, drinking my coffee on the back deck looking over the golf course.

Great Place to Stay!

We really liked the condo - it was perfect for a weekend stay with my wife, daughter, and parents. Scenery was nice, with plenty of deer in the fairway. Mike was great with communication. Would stay here again

Spacious and good location. Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Carpet was outdated and near bathrooms but clean enough, whirlpool tub, washer/dryer a plus, quiet, and great views. Suggest bringing more towels (and for pool) and your own coffee. Would definitely stay here again, great price for everything you get.

Great location/bizzare set up

The condo was in a wonderful location, but could really use some updating. Kind of a quirky place, but sufficient for our needs. I just was very disappointed in carpeting in the bathroom (ewww). And carpeting elsewhere was kinda grungy. Floors in the kitchen felt very sticky. Layout was strange.
