Stunning Lake Bellaire Views! 2 Bedroom Condo in Summit Village

This 2 bedroom, 2 bed, 680 sq. ft. condo sleeps 4 and is located in Summit Village at Shanty Creek Resort. Features a full kitchen, electric fireplace, in unit laundry and private deck for stunning Lake Bellaire sunset views. Our condo is a short walk to the Summit Golf Course, Shanty Town and the Lakeview Restaurant. Staying here means you're right in the heart of Shanty Creek Resort.

**EFFECTIVE 3/1/2026 - This property will not carry a pool membership to the indoor and outdoor pools at Shanty Creek.

Our cabin includes access to:
1. The Private Beach Club with a beautiful sandy beach. This is a short drive, < 2 miles. At the Club there is a pavilion, gas grills, bathrooms, kitchen, play ground, boat dock, and lounge chairs. There is free public boat launch right next to the beach club. You can rent a Pontoon from the local Riverside Maria or paddle boards and kayaks from Peddles and Paddles in Bellaire (they deliver to the beach club). Extend your day at the beach and catch the sunset! Beach club hours are from 9:30 to dusk.
3. Short walk to the Summit and Legend Golf Course
4. Additional parking area for trailers, boats, etc.

Lovely rental with beautiful view!

This rental had everything we needed for a week stay. The view from the deck was beautiful, kitchen well stocked and great communication from the property manager. Close to lots of outdoor activities and small towns to explore. We had a great time!

We've been coming to Summit Village or Shanty Creek for almost 20 yrs for vacation rented condos, homes and others. Our first feeling in walking into this place it's one on the top of our list as favorites. We like the area due to the fact it's right in the middle of places we like to visit. Yes, we go to the beach, visit restaurants and just relax. The view towards Lake Bellaire from the deck here looks more like a painting so come find out on your own!

Clean and cozy

This condo was perfect for our ski weekend. Parking located right in front of unit. The condo was super clean and has all the amenities needed for your stay including coffe pods with keurig. Communication with host was excellent. Highly rerecommend!

Cozy condo, perfect location!

We loved our stay in this condo at Shanty Creek! It’s probably one of the best locations on property, with gorgeous views of Bellaire Lake, right next to the outdoor pool (which we had to ourselves one evening), and a short uphill walk to the hotel and restaurants. The condo is adorable, with Up North charm and everything you need for a great stay. It’s nice having a washer & dryer, private balcony, and Keurig with K-cups. This would even be a cozy spot for winter stays with the beautiful fireplace and comfortable living room space. We spent most days on the lakes since we were traveling with friends who brought a boat. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian restaurant on the property and the pizza and live music were wonderful! The Lakeview hotel restaurant stays open late, which we appreciated after a long day on the boat. The condo was exceptionally clean (I’m picky) and fully equipped with everything we needed for our long weekend. The hosts had great communication and check-in/out was seamless. Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and we hope to be back again!
