Charming cottage located in town, at the entrance to Bellegarde, 200 meters from the castle, with a large, enclosed, and verdant courtyard, as well as a garden of approximately 220 m² each (south/southeast facing).

On the ground floor, a large dining room with a cozy fireplace awaits you.

This rental is not suitable for business bookings. Ground floor: living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed), bathroom and WC, 1 large mezzanine with a library. Firewood: €50 per stere. Table tennis. Electricity and heating included. Bed linen provided and beds made upon arrival.
