We found random garbage in the room, not in obvious spots, i.e. behind the couch, by the dresser, cobwebs all around in roof corners and by curtain rods, drawers not functioning properly in the private room, bolts loose in the barn door for the private bathroom and the little shelf in that bathroom as well Besides that we have liked staying here twice now, the staff are always kind and courteous

The hotel was clean, comfortable bed, & excellent customer service. The bistro/bar area was nice with the complimentary happy hour drink & the breakfast buffet was good, freshly made foods, it was different each day. The pool, jacuzzi, steam & sauna areas are what we came for and we were a little disappointed in the temperature of the jacuzzi (warm at best) and the jets barely made the water move. The steam & sauna was nice. Overall, we would visit an Oxford Suite again.

This is my favorite Bellingham hotel. The hot breakfast is nice, free drink and appetizers in the evening are a bonus. And the staff is curteous and competent. It costs far more comparable accomodations in Bellingham with a water view. For the price, Oxford Suites is great.

We really like the restaurant/lounge in the evenings with soup and cocktails. The morning breakfast 😋 is very nice with many options We also like our room and bathroom. Nice space with plenty of room.

This is our second time staying here. The rooms are spacious with a sofa seating area. The breakfast is the best hotel provided breakfast I have had - fresh with many options to choose from. Staff is friendly and attentive. Bathrooms are massive offering a separate tub and shower and toilet room! Parking is plentiful and convenient to the lobby. Area felt safe and is very convenient to all that Bellingham has to offer. We will stay here everytime we need lodging in Bellingham!

We're repeat customers because it's an excellent hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Great location, in a safe part of town, with easy access to restaurants, a mall, a huge park, a book store and the interstate if you're traveling to Canada or just back and forth to WWU.

Comments on my stay.

Staff was very helpful and friendly except when I wanted to check out and no one was at the counter. I had to wait quite a while until a manager type came by and took my key card and dismissed me by saying they would sent a receipt which I haven't received. Shower head in my room was worn out some of the rubber nozzles were missing. Also on my last night the ice machine on my floor wasn't working when I got back to my room around 10pm.
