Nestled in the serene beauty of Sunriver, just minutes from Mt. Bachelor and vibrant downtown Bend, Gosling 6 is a thoughtfully appointed luxury retreat designed for comfort, connection, and adventure. With vaulted ceilings, charming stone accents, and stylish, sun-filled décor, this single-level home offers an ideal blend of rustic elegance and modern convenience.

Step into the open-concept great room where soaring ceilings and expansive windows invite the outdoors in. The flowing layout provides the perfect setting for gathering with family and friends, while still offering private, peaceful spaces to unwind. Whether you're preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen, sharing stories around the dining table, or cozying up by the gas river-rock fireplace, every corner of this home is designed with relaxation in mind.

Slide open the doors to a spacious, newly updated back deck—the ultimate spot for entertaining. Fire up the BBQ, take a dip in the private hot tub, or simply lounge with a glass of wine under the pines. From here, you’re just moments away from floating the Deschutes River or hopping on a bike to explore over 35 miles of Sunriver’s paved trails.

Guests traveling with EVs will appreciate the dedicated 14/50 240v 40 amp charging outlet (just bring your own cord and adapter for Tesla). And no matter the season, you’ll stay comfortable with air conditioning in the summer and a cozy gas fireplace to warm up after a day on the slopes.

The primary suite is a tranquil retreat featuring a king bed with a twin trundle bed, private en suite, and thoughtful separation from the other rooms for added privacy.

On the opposite side of the home, a second king bedroom and a third guest room with a queen bed and a twin bunk set (with new mattresses) provide restful spaces for guests of all ages.

Happy Holidays!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. It is warm, welcoming and very comfortable. Loved the proximity to The Village of Sun River as well as an easy trip to Mt. Bachelor to ski each day. The home is well stocked and ready for visitors.

Great north side property!

This property is extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location is quiet and very close to the Deschutes. The deck and hot tub were amazing! We had an issue with the showers only gettin luke warm; we notified the property manager but unfortunately the problem was never resolved during our stay. Otherwise, a great visit!

fantastic house

Wonderful home! Our family stayed there in June and loved it. It was well maintained and had everything we could need. Our kids played pingpong in the garage for hours when the rain came. If we go back to bend we will look to stay here again.

Renting this property was easy. We had no issues, no problems at all. The house was clean, we had lots of towels, everything worked

Nicely appointed vacation home

This place has a good selection of kitchen tools to help with cooking and baking. We stayed in most of the time during the snowstorm, and there were lots of fun board games and puzzles to keep us entertained.

We've stayed in Sunriver a few times and so far this location is our fav. Loved that its location in the quiet north side of town and is also super easy to get to the village. The home is well stocked and the furniture was super comfortable. We will be back!

Great house in great location

This house was excellent, very clean and had all of the things you'd hope to find in the kitchen, bbq, bikes, hot tub, ping-pong, etc. and all of it worked and seemed pretty new. The furniture was nice, beds were very comfortable, and the house is bright and open. Location on the northern end (just off circle 7) was wonderfully quiet, and just a quick bike ride on the path to anywhere. Close to the trailhead for hiking, close to the river, just an all around great home - well thought out and well put together.
