This beautiful, reverse living home is amazing! An entertainer's dream with flat screen TVs throughout the home and plenty to do for everyone. Two 61" Big Screen TV's, one in the living room with surround sound and one in the Rec Room, provide the perfect stage for the big game or Family Movie Night. What all is in the Rec Room? We have everything from Foosball and Shuffle Board to a Pool Table and an arcade game. In addition to the Rec Room, enjoy the Hot Tub, Air Conditioning, and Sauna.

The Distributed Audio Stereo System with speakers in the Kitchen, Bonus Room, Hot Tub & Deck area, provides seamless audio entertainment. Three living areas allow your large group to spread out.

Great house for 6 adults, 4 kids under 7 and 2 pups. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Never got a chance to use the sauna as it was too warm outside. Could use soap for kitchen and showers.

Annual family trip

I can’t say enough great things about this house. We had a wonderful stay! The WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived, but it was quickly fixed. The couch space was perfect for the whole family to enjoy movies at the end of the night. The bikes! There are so many bikes and they ALL have big comfy seats. There were enough bathrooms to go around, which is always a plus. I would highly recommend staying here. 10/10!

We stayed over new years at this property with our kids and grandparents. Plenty of space and lots of fun with all the activities in the game room plus hot tub. We had a minor issue with a missing tv remote and the property management team resolved quickly. Would recommend.

Amazing House!

We loved the layout of the house and the location was perfect. It was quiet and the kids could ride their bikes around. The house was well stocked and clean and the host was very responsive! We already booked the house again for Thanksgiving! 🙌

Sunriver fun

An almost perfect getaway with little out of place. Fix the arcade game, the funny squeak in the master bed, the leather recliner upstairs, and put some colored tape on the step up to the sauna. Everything else was outstanding, we really enjoyed the property. Thank you!!

Great family trip

This property was so much fun with space for all. We have a new baby in the family and they were able to have the area they needed with all their new equipment. We had extended family at another location that allowed meals and play time at this large house. A trip to remember! Only regret was we did not stay longer!!

Thanksgiving in Bend

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and I was surprised that there were spices/sugar in the pantry. The house was very clean. Two things that would have made this an absolute incredible experience: firewood. Yes, I know, we could have bought some. However we arrived on a holiday weekend and heading to the store was not high on our list. It seems trivial but a firewood would have really been nice. The second is tough with a house rental but the beds were uniformly incredibly uncomfortable. Like, sore joints, no one slept well bad. For the price of the house I really would have expected something other than what was there. Again, I know mattresses can be tough with rental properties, but they were bad enough to mention.

Lots of room for family and good location

The bikes, sauna, hot tubs and games were a huge hit in the property. It is a little older than what the pictures show so I felt the price was a little steep for the house, but overall everyone had room and enjoyed their time. Great location close to the river and bike paths, fort rock park, and nature center. You’ll need to bring your own shampoos, soaps, dish soap, and most cooking spices/etc if you are staying an extended amount of time.

Enjoyed this property with our son, daughter and her family including teenagers, nephew and his family, including son age 10 and daughter age 6. The sauna sold this property to my son-in-law. Put the teenagers in the game room. Enjoyed hot tub, location.

Awesome family reunion location

This property has the best amenities for our family. The hot tub and sauna topped our wish list along with the SHARC passes and game room. The staffs were very helpful, prompt and communicative. Love to stay here again! Thanks for the great memories!

The Funhouse

This house was absolutely perfect. I was a little nervous with not very many reviews. House is huge, games were amazing, hot tub plus sauna. There is some thing for everyone to do at all times. I fell in love with having all the bikes and taking long family bike rides. Only problem I ran into and it was probably my fault for not reaching out there was no hot pads Or dish cloths in the kitchen. I did reach out to ask for a sponge and the property management gave one to me right away and they responded very quickly. Overall I would 110% highly recommend this house.

50th Birthday Bash.

Went here to celebrate my 50th Birthday with Golf and Beer (two of my favorite things). I found this house on VRBO, and it had all the things I was looking for. When I arrived at the house, I found it was much better than I had expected. The Check in/check out couldn’t be easier. All my guests raves about the house all week. 5 stars across the board.
