The staff was great. The room clean but needed updating. Someone was banging on my room at midnight. Did not seem like a safe area. Parking lot was well lit which was great but the curtains did not really black out the light..you get what you pay for.ok for a quick night stay

Poor cleanliness. Would not clean for us. Bathtub didn’t work. Dusty room. Our key locked after one night. We paid for 2 nights ahead. Poor water pressure. Dropped a bundle of sheets on our bed for us to make.

The cost of the room was high compared to the quality. The property is a bit tired. Although they offer a free breakfast, there are only two small tables and not enough to accommodate the number of guests. they charge a fee if you want to check in early, even if the room is ready.

bend, Oregon Days Inn

we arrived in Bend around 12:30 in the afternoon and asked if we could possibly get into our room. We were told anytime before 3 o’clock we had to pay $20 to access a room that was ready. I have never experienced that before I’ve always had great hotel customer service if the room is ready, they let you in obviously I will never stay at that Days Inn again. In comparison when we arrived in Medford, Oregon, we were allowed in our room at noon with no mention of additional payment.

Think twice before you book.

The rear section of the establishment functions as a club restaurant, characterized by high-volume music that continues until the restaurant's closing. The bathtub drain exhibits slow drainage. Despite reporting this issue to the front desk, no corrective action has been taken.

Safe place to stay a night.

I stayed at this hotel because I was taking advantage of my points that I earned to get a discounted night. In the summer time they have a pool and hot tub outside. This hotel is budget friendly. The room I got was very spacious.

This property was very over priced for the quality. Bedding and furnishings were very low quality. Freezer in refrigerator did not work. Vending machine steals money and is not owned by the property. I was told there was an 800 number on it to call there was not. Overall dirty and not properly maintenanced
