Hi there, thank you for hosting us. We really appreciated how clean the home was — that was a definite positive and made the stay feel comfortable from the start.We did want to share a few things that may help improve the experience for future guests:   ‱   The mattress in the main bedroom was uncomfortable. It felt saggy and you could feel the springs when lying down. The pillows were also lumpy and not very supportive.   ‱   The TV in the main bedroom didn’t work during our stay.   ‱   The drawers in the main bedroom didn’t open or close properly.   ‱   The toilets in both bathrooms struggled with flushing.   ‱   The Ecobee thermostat kept resetting to 66 degrees, even after we manually set it to 72 and selected “hold.” We use the same system at home, so it seems like there may be a programmed override in place.   ‱   There are train tracks directly behind the house, so train noise is noticeable — this might be helpful to mention in the listing for future guests.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the cleanliness — we just wanted to pass along this feedback in case it’s helpful going forward.Thank you again.

Wonderful neighborhood. Good for walking with a park close by. Kitchen did not have any dishes for children. No aluminum foil, saran wrap or ziplock bags. Limited amount of dish choices. Front and back porch had dried lawn clippings. Back bedroom window covering fell down when it was used. Ladder on the bunk bed is not secure. There is a train track directly behind backyard yet the train is quite (no horn blared). Back yard could be tidied up and upgraded; for the price we paid I did expect more.

Good Experience

We recently rented this home when we came to town for a long weekend for a baseball tourney. The trip included our family of 4 and my parents. The house had enough space for us all to be comfortable, checkin was easy, home well stocked with everything we needed. I was impressed with the quickness of a shower issue we had, I could not have asked for quicker service and that was really appreciated. There as a train that went by behind the house but the sounds was actually minimal and not a major disturbance. Would stay again and recommend.

Clean and convenient

Nice, cozy house. We’ve never been to Bend so we didnt know which would be our preferred location. This house was centrally located. Lots of amenities and the managers were attentive. It was thanksgiving and they even left us a pie. It was pretty chilly out so we didnt enjoy the backyard at all. We did discover that if you shower with the bathroom door open, the smoke detector goes off. So word of caution about that.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay here. Our son lives in Bend very close to this property. This was a great launching point for our adventures all over the area. Clean-good location and all was good.

Great Location in a quiet neighbourhood

I liked this property. Two couples stayed here with a labradoodle and did not feel crowded. A very well stocked kitchen, fenced backyard, A/C, and pleasant neighbourhood to walk the dog. The only downside was the poor communication. We arrived home one day and the garage door was open, as was the gate. This was disconcerting as we thought we had been robbed! Turned out it was lawn maintenance but we should have been told and seriously, who wants to listen to the lawn being mowed while on holiday! Mybe it would be better to schedule this between guest stays. All in all though it was a great stay and if I ever return to Bend I'd stay there again.

Cute House

The place was perfect for us. It was very clean. There are railroad tracks right behind the house on the other side of the wall and they did run a couple times in the middle of the night, but aside from that, it was a great place. We would stay here again.

Decent but not in love

This house is fine, but not memorable. Mattress not very comfortable, house mostly updated but some parts in need of maintenance. One bathroom I think was accidentally not totally cleaned (trash not empty and toiletries half used). Location decent for driving but immediate vicinity not particularly pretty. 4 bath towels provided for 6 people, but otherwise stocked well. I wasn’t unhappy but wouldn’t seek it out to stay again.

Great clean house

Perfect for our family of 5 we were so much more comfortable in this house than in a hotel. It was no more than 15 minutes to any of the cafes and restaurants in bend and great way to stay close to all the parks and activities.
