This magnificent house is specially built for vacation rental. 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a loft, 3200 square feet sitting on 1.2 acre lot. 5-7 minutes to the golf courses, river, parks and the Old Mills District which is a tourist hot spot and shopping center. 5-7 minutes to down town which is also a hot spot for dinning, shopping, and sightseeing. 20-25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor and the Cascade Lakes. 2-3 minutes to factory outlet and other shopping, and restaurants. Easy access to the high way. The house has granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. and 6 person hot tub, a gas grill and outdoor dinning table and chairs and a fire pit on the back patio. The kitchen is full equipped with all you need for cooking, grilling, baking, and catering. There is a pingpong table, a air hockey table, a foosball table and lots of other games for both kids and adults. The beds, sofas and chairs are very comfortable. If you like everything new, this is the house for you to stay. 65 inch 4K TV with Netflix.and high speed internet are available. It can accommodate up to 20 people comfortably. Two of the bedrooms have King beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunker bed. The fifth bedroom has two twin bunk beds. The bedroom converted from a dinning room has a king bed. The great room has a 65" 4k TV and four sofas, one of the sofas is a sleeping sofa. It can sit 16 or more people. The loft has a twin or full bunker bed. The house has central air-condition and heat pump. Potty trained pets are allowed. We have another house of exactly same floor plan, two miles away from this house. The listing ID of that house is 932319. We also have a brand new 7 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom with in a mile of this house. The listing ID is 3256422. Please check them out. We have a CCTV camera outside the house between the front door and the garage door. Before guests checking in, unless forgotten, we usually take away the module of the camera so that the camera cannot be turned on. The camera is to monitor outside of the house when it is vacant. Please let the host David know if there are any questions.

The home was perfect for our family trip! There is so much space for kids to play and the living room area was great for games and meals. David was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals and there is a ton of bedding and sleeping spaces for large families!

Pictures are accurate for what the property offers. It’s correct on the amount of people that it can sleep and fit comfortably and not packed on top of each other. This applied the the entire home, beds, indoor seating, outdoor seating.

Large house with lots of amenities

My family of 6 met my brother's family of 4 along with my parents for a week in Bend. The house was great, a bit outside of town - but in a neighborhood where we could run in the mornings and walk in the evenings. It was a simple 15 minute drive into Bend. The kids especially liked the ping pong and hot tub; there was a very well stocked kitchen and plenty of adult seating both inside and outside.

Great house for large groups!

The house is huge and had enough beds and sleeping places for all 15-20 of us! Including 3 dogs too. This was for a co-bachelor/bachelorette party. While not in walking distance of bars and restaurants, easy to drive anywhere or get an uber! I would recommend for large groups!

Outstanding Location

It is a superb property in a nice location for a winter skiing experience. It is also conveniently located near downtown Bend, OR. David was a wonderful host who responded to requests in a timely manner. The place had plenty of space for two families, each with two teenage children.

Perfect for our large group

Spent the weekend at the property for 3nights with a group of 15 guys for my bachelor party. The house was excellent, well stocked with everything you would need to host a large group. Property was spacious and we all slept comfortably in the many beds. We made ample use of the grill, jacuzzi, fire pit, and all of the bikes provided in the garage. Property is about 15min out from the central area of Bend, but well worth that extra commute to have a quiet and spacious homebase for the weekend. David the host was responsive and check in/out process is seamless. Highly recommend!

Great stay in a beautiful location

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We came for a baseball tournament and this central location was perfect. The house is stocked, has very comfortable beds, is very nice and clean and the host is very communicative and nice. We loved our stay and highly recommend this home.

Great Bend house for a large group.

Stayed her with a group of friends for a great weekend of skiing. The house is quite large and has plenty of amenities. About a 40 minute drive up to Mt Bachelor and 15 minutes in to town. Kitchen is well equipped. The house was quite secluded from the rest of the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend for a large group/ family.

Fantastic stay

The property manager, David, was very communicative and made our stay incredibly easy. The house was fantastic and looks even better than in the pictures. We stayed as part of ski trip and the great part of this location is there are two different ways to get to Mt Bachelor so you can easily avoid the worst of the traffic. Loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this VR to others!

This beautiful and clean B&B more than accommodated our family of 14, ranging from newborn to Grandpa. The hot tub was a highlight for many of us. There was also no hassle about having our two dogs at this B&B. The only thing that could have made it better would have been SNOW!

Great Home Near Bend for Large Group

David was extremely communicative and responsive before and during our visit. It is a good home if you are looking for a place near bend that can host a large group in a single residence.
