Gorgeous, custom built home on Bend's premiere Westside with open floor plan. This home is close to everything Bend has to offer. The gracious front porch and mature landscaping invite you into this large vacation home. The main level has a fabulous open-living/kitchen/dining area perfect for entertaining and gathering with family and friends. The kitchen has high-end appliances and is fully stocked and ready for your next gourmet creation, with plenty of room for more than one cook in the kitchen. Cozy up by the fireplace with a glass of wine or a local brew and watch a movie or the big game on the Smart TV.

A king sized bed and en suite bathroom with large shower make this large bedroom convenient and perfect for those who like to have privacy and room to unwind. The second bedroom on the main level is a king bed as well. There is an additional bath with a shower as well. To provide ease for our guests, the large laundry room with washer and dryer is located on this level.

Upstairs the large wide hallway has a perfect work space to take care of your business while you are away on vacation. The upstairs includes two additional full bathrooms with tub/showers. The bunk room will sleep four comfortably and an additional king sized bedroom allows for another very comfortable sleep. This super convenient pet-friendly home provided us with all the amenities we could have possibly needed during our stay in Bend. It was spacious, and so close to walking trails while also being located relatively close to all the attractions of downtown Bend.

We had a great stay at this property. The home is spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and large dining table for meals. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk to Discovery Park which has a beautiful pond and nice walking path. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the host was helpful and responsive.

This house is really spacious and is great if you have kids in your group. It's a very short drive to downtown Bend, but too far to walk. 5/5 would stay again.

Great home, great location, awful management company

We arrived to an extremely dirty home, with 10 people, and none of the TV’s in the home worked, a noise running toilet, one bed frame was broken, a cooktop with 2 burners that worked, and dirty rugs that were major trip hazards. Limited # of bath and kitchen towels, I feel bad for the home owners, because this was a great home in a great location, but the management company “Arrived” is clearly not great. We reported all the issues and were promised a repair and cleaning person would arrive the second day of our 6 day visit. Unfortunately no one showed, and no one communicated a change in schedule. The next day, I emailed Arrived and was told they would send somebody to work on the broken stuff, no mention of a cleaning person. “Arrived” appears to be a large management company with very poor communication, and no accountability for the promises they make, every communication felt like the first time we had contacted them. The day before we checked out I received an email/text from someone who was involved day one, asking if our issues had been resolved

VRBO who we booked through needs to start managing the management companies, I’m reluctant to book another home unless I understand the management companies reviews as well as the home in general, if I could review Arrived this would be a 0, I’m being generous because the home was very nice and in a great location

I am from Massachusetts and I am visiting my family. We drove from Portland and we enjoyed spending four days together in Bend. We also enjoyed your lovely home and had good weather. It was a nice trip.

Comfortable option for a home base.

We stayed at this property in Bend as a home base for weekend activities. It was a good choice for this because the home has comfortable bedrooms and four bathrooms. The home is well kept and the kitchen had everything you need if you will be cooking. I do not think the home is a great choice if you plan to spend your time at the property. The common spaces, living room, and dining room kitchen are pretty small and do not accommodate much of a gathering. Also, there is a front porch but no other outdoor space. The location is good. Not really in town but a short drive. It is not really walkable to amenities. You could bike with some ease though. It is located in a nice neighborhood where kids were riding their bikes and people were enjoying their homes. The home was clean and had everything we needed but it did feel a little dated. The main takeaway for us was it provided everything we needed for our visit and we thought it was great but it may not be the best choice if you are planning to spend the majority of your time at the home and you have a group of adults.
