There is room to spread out in the completely refinished interior with all new furnishings featuring two separate living areas and a private bathroom for each bedroom.

Incredible location with a short walk or bike into downtown Tumalo featuring food trucks, cider tasting room, shopping and restaurants.

Tumalo State Park is a pristine outdoor recreation area just upriver where you can picnic and put in on tubes to enjoy a cathartic float back downstream to your home away from home.

With four distinct and breathtaking seasons you can relax and unwind from sun up to sun down all year long.
Blackstone Grill is available for guest use.

The house setting is amazing & relaxing with the river right in front. Dog friendly fenced yard. House was clean & comfortable, check-in was easy along with communication. The best part is you can walk over to Tumalo for coffee & enjoy eating at the food trucks . Five-stars

Great House Great Location

Overall the house and property were very comfortable and welcoming. We did experience some minor issues(they had the road tore up to where we couldn't leave for one of the days. There were some loose deck boards. There was a miscommunication with spa maintenance guy as he just walked into the backyard while we were there with no warning. Incredible place. Will most likely give it another chance

This is a lovely home with fabulous outdoor space. Sitting outside looking at the stars and listening to the river was so relaxing. The only caveat is that if you're tall like we are, you might find the bathrooms on the small side - watch your knees! The management was super responsive and nice! After my partner forgot his CPAP, they mailed it to us quite promptly. Much appreciated!

Wonderful home with sunny AM front yard with quiet street and neighbor farm animals (good for 2 yr old) Sunny PM rear yard and large deck and hot tub after river dips. Nice open living area.

A river runs by it

This is a lovely site right on the Deschutes. The river's song is a constant at the edge of hearing. Ducks float by at speed - the river rises in the heavy rains - and the property is designed to feature that exposure. If you have pets, the yard is fenced and the river side protected as well. Bathrooms are small but adequate; kitchen similar. Hot tub's a nice feature. We didn't try the sauna.

Tumalo Gem

Beautiful property, waking distance to the small town of Tumalo for food trucks and a couple cider taphouses. We loved our stay and our dog loved to play in the fresh snow in the back yard. We would definitely book again!

My family and I had a really relaxing weekend. The house was great for everything we were looking for. Spa and sauna were wonderful and the view next to the river was fantastic. Easy check in and check out. Clean house, great amenities and very accommodating.

Perfect Bend Weekend

The house was a perfect home base to explore Bend and the surrounding areas, although the yard and amenities were so nice that we could have just stayed there the whole time! We would love to return and stay longer next time.

Idyllic escape

What a lovely getaway! Nestled right up to the Deschutes River, this property has a magical way of taking you far, far away while still being close to everything! The outdoor area has everything you could want and more! The hot tub and the sauna were a great way to end every day and the Blackstone grill, while being a first experience for me, was awesome to cook on! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Beautiful and relaxing stay!!

We loved our stay here in Tumalo and we loved Bend and all the surrounding areas. The home is wonderful perfect size for 2 families with a couple of children I would say. It was only my husband and I so for us there was a lot of extra space. The home was very clean and all essentials were provided. The yard was fenced in with a lot of privacy, very spacious and right on the river. There’s a nice hot tub and a blackstone grill, plenty of chairs with a table and other areas on the deck where you can sit and enjoy the view. We spotted a buck across from the river and also a deer which was pretty cool. Walk in distance to food trucks and a nice coffee/breakfast place. The drive to Bend is not far at all everything is about 10-15 minutes away. Restaurants and breweries-you can’t really go wrong around here all the food is pretty delicious. A few spots that I would like to mention are Bend brewing company, 900 Wall, Zydeco Kitchen and bar, Pisanos Woodfired pizza, Monkless brewery, Hot Lava bakery Sunriver and Cafe Sintra Sunriver. Lovely trails, walks and outdoor activities so if you enjoy that do not hesitate to book this wonderful place! -Andreea-

Tumalo Family Vacation Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home which was immaculate. Great location between Bend and Sisters with amenities nearby. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. Property management extremely responsive.

Great location. Amazing back yard.

The neighborhood is perfect. Walking distance to Tumalo bars and restaurants. Relaxing in the back yard and listening to the river roll by was exactly what we needed. I only wish it was cool enough at night to use the hot tub. Bed was comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Definitely will look to rend this property again.
