The room was nice. Except for the excessive amount of dog hair everywhere! Our suitcases and clothes got covered in long dog hair. Very disappointing after paying over 250 dollars. Will never stay there again. Only thing the lady said was sorry.

Overall just what you would expect for a residence inn. What I did not expect and was very surprised was a daily parking charge. Fortunately, the hotel waived the charge when I complained because it was a surprise to me. It is less likely I will stay here in the future because of the charge. It’s a silly thing that irritates me. There are other choices in better locations which I will utilize next time in Bend.

Close to the Old Mill shopping mall and paths along the river. We were there a couple of days and never moved the car. (Unfortunately they charge for parking, $12). Still a good place to stay.

Has all you need and then some

We loved how everyone was friendly, happy and helpful. We loved the room set ups. The amenities and the awesome breakfast and bar. Only negative thing was the pillows. Awful! Everyone was uncomfortable. And that was out of four. Need a better pillow - more firm. I woke up with head on bed and pillow around my face. Husband too

Friendly staff. Nice room, but glad I wasn’t booking it for the stadium view. Could only see the side of the stadium. Warm(ish) pool, but the hot tub was broken. Overall excellent property.

The Hotel is a great place to stay, I always stay in Residence Inn, however this hotel made me feel like I was in a luxury hotel. You will know the feeling from the second you walk in.

Awesome place, people, location, food, vibe, etc…. Only criticism is: there is dog poop everywhere around the property. Not really the hotels fault. It’s the dog owners who don’t clean up after their dogs.
