The Space:

This condo sleeps 4 guests comfortably with flexible sleeping options. The private bedroom features a queen bed, two chairs, a smart TV, and an ensuite Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The living room includes a queen Murphy bed for additional guests, a cozy sofa, two chairs, and a stone-accented fireplace. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances, plus counter seating for four. A dedicated desk provides workspace for remote work. Step outside to your private patio to enjoy morning coffee or evening stargazing surrounded by towering pines. The unit includes WiFi, streaming-capable smart TVs in both the bedroom and living room, and room-darkening shades for restful sleep. Shared laundry facilities are located down the hall on the first floor and are free to use. Seventh Mountain Resort amenities include year-round hot tubs, heated pools open Memorial Day through Labor Day, a fitness center, BBQ areas, mini golf, and a seasonal ice-skating rink. Whether you're warming up by the fire after a day on the slopes or cooling off in the pool after a summer hike, this condo delivers comfort in every season.

Check in at the Seventh Mountain Resort registration center upon arrival with your reservation name and unit number before proceeding to the condo. Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the resort lot. No elevator access. AWD or 4WD required during winter months due to snow and mountain conditions.





🏔️ The condo sits within Deschutes National Forest at Seventh Mountain Resort, with hiking and biking trails starting steps from your door. Mt. Bachelor ski resort is 20 minutes west for world-class skiing and snowboarding. Downtown Bend is just 10 minutes east, where you'll find the Bend Ale Trail featuring Deschutes Brewery, 10 Barrel Brewing, and dozens more craft breweries. Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano with a summit trail and panoramic views, is a 15-minute drive. The High Desert Museum, showcasing Central Oregon wildlife and history, is 20 minutes south. Cascade Lakes Highway leads to countless alpine lakes for paddling, fishing, and swimming in summer. The Lava River Cave at Newberry National Volcanic Monument is 30 minutes south for underground exploration.



Getting Around:

From Redmond Airport, take Highway 97 south for 16 miles, then merge onto Highway 20 west toward Bend and Sisters. Continue 12 miles to Century Drive, then follow signs to Seventh Mountain Resort. Total drive time is approximately 35 minutes. Mt. Bachelor is 20 minutes west on Century Drive. Downtown Bend is 10 minutes east on Century Drive to Highway 97. Smith Rock State Park is 35 minutes north via Highway 97 for world-class rock climbing and hiking.

• Pets: Not allowed — a fine will be assessed at checkout if evidence of a pet is found

• Washer/Dryer: Shared laundry room on the first floor, down the hall, free to use (machines maintained by Seventh Mountain Resort)

• Parking: 3 cars maximum
