The motel was near to the city centre without being in it. You are withing walking distance to a very good hotel meal. The room was very clean and comfortable. You are able to walk around the gardens near the lake which is opposite to get the traveling aches out of your body.

Very friendly staff . Free upgrade to king size room much appreciated. Local pub easy walk and lovely meal

Tea House Motor Inn was cited very conveniently to Lake Weeroona and the City Centre. Our room was very modern and comfortable with a supersize bathroom. Facilities were super clean. It is a lovely quiet spot set in nice gardens.

The room was very good and comfortable. We were disappointed that the swimming pool was stone cold despite the signage claiming it to be solar heated and the spa was also unheated. A shade sail over the pool is a bit silly if the pool is not heated.

It sure is and is running at about 24-26oC at the moment.. You must obviously like the water to be warmer than that?? Sorry you didn't find the water warm enough.. Everyone is different..Best Wishes
