When I checked in they put me in a smoking floor. The rooms were stinking of tobacco, while the guy checking in told me that it was clean and there will not be any smell. He says that it is fully booked , no other rooms available. Then they tried to find me another room in the same floor that was equally bad. Finally when I asked to see the duty manager and insisted I would leave they magically found me a room. That is pathetic considering we pay such huge amounts for the room, and this is not the expected level of service.

Amazing Experience

Amazing stay. Kunwar at the reception was very nice and one of my favourite. Staff were courteous. Food was good, Fabelle chocolate shop at ITC was very convenient to buy chocolate for gifts. Great location too. Highly recommend
