A fantastic concept for holiday living in Spain throughout the year. The villa is on two floors. The main house has two bedrooms each is furnished with extra large double beds, one of which is ensuite and a further separate toilet and sink next to the lounge. Internal and external staircases lead to the five apartments downstairs. The house is superbly furnished and has all that one could wish for in elegant living. The kitchen of the main house upstairs is large and fully equipped with a dish washer, cooker, oven, fridge and micro wave, etc. . The lounge and dining room are open plan with fantastic sea views! Here you will find also a complete sound system and satellite TV/CD/DVD with internet access (WiFi ).
The laundry room with washing machine and dryer is exclusive for all the guests .The apartments below which lead directly on to the pool terrace, are all fitted to a high standard with minimum of shower sink and bathroom.


Around the pool there is another separate BBQ situated in a typical Spanish courtyard and 3 terraces, patio, solarium and Sauna ( to rent for an additional fee ).
All the tiled and marble bathrooms have a shower unit, sink and toilet along with vanity mirror. Upstairs the main bathroom is fitted with a full size bath. Around the villa is a total of ten separate showers and eight toilet facilities. Directly in front of the house complex there is a large sunlit pool and extended terrace with many sun beds that leads on to a private paved palm lined garden with tropical area of fountains and waterfalls cascading into a natural lake. All is illuminated at night for romantic walks and quiet repose, in all, some 2500m² of fruiting trees and bushes. To one side of the house is a bar and kitchen for covered seating up to 20 people, fitted with TV, music system cooking facilities, lighting and fridges and freezers, etc. In the colder nights we supply three gas and
space electric heaters. These work very well!!
Walking from the gardens along the lake you will come to a traditional small romantic candlelit castle for your glass of wine in the evening.
Also it is possible for those with a disability to enter the apartments without steps and to use the hot and cold shower near to the pool.

For up to twenty people we supply a coach for the return journey from the airport at a small charge.
The first two hundred and fifty kW of electric power is free.
All the gas for the house complex are free for cooking.
If the gas bottles runs out for the outside heating they will be replaced at twenty euros per bottle if
required.
There is a pump system for a barrel of fifty liters of lager if preordered before arrival.
