Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 1'100 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, pool house, barbecue house. In the house: internet access, WiFi, sauna, hot tub (all included), central heating system, air conditioning. Bus stop "Benissa" 900 m, railway station "Teulada" 8.5 km, ferry "Denia" 34.6 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 5.1 km pebble beach "Cala Baladra" 1.7 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (included). The owner does not accept any youth groups.
