The GROUND FLOOR welcomes you with a cozy relaxation area, perfect for enjoying moments of tranquility. Further ahead, an elegant living room with TDT/Sat TV invites you to have fun. To the left, some steps take you to a charming, fully equipped kitchen connected to the laundry room. To the right of the living room, another pair of steps guide you to a spacious dining room with an integrated kitchen. In addition, this floor has five double bedrooms, a double bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, laundry room and toilet.
The UPPER FLOOR reveals another well-equipped kitchen, a living and dining room, another laundry room and six bedrooms, including a suite with bathroom and four separate bathrooms with shower.
Outdoor Pleasures:
For sports lovers, the villa offers an outdoor room to store up to 20 bicycles. A fully equipped summer kitchen with table football and dining room for 22 people becomes the epicenter of meetings.
