Experience was flawless from Check-In to Checking Out 👌🥰 The Staff was absolutely delightful - attentive , professional, so helpful and the Grouse Staff was equally outstanding - Bartender, and special mention for Chef Jeffery, and Servers Aria and Bean. We definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit to Manchester 👌❣️

(2) staff members at front desk were helping one customer and kept me waiting unnecessarily. Very unprofessional. Then I was assigned to a room that had 2 barking dogs next door. Had to re-pack all of my belongings and move to a different room.

The is was our first trip to Manchester. What a great town! The hotel was lovely- easy parking, quiet, and quaint. The staff at the front desk were so helpful ! You could walk to town but it would be about a 20 min adventure… make sure you go to the North field book store~ wonderful!! And we had coffee and egg sandwich at their coffee shop around the corner.

Well we arrived and it started out fine- the room was 309 very small and very small bathroom, but adequate. They do have an electric car charger which is convenient. We asked about the gym which is a room in the basement- very small but we were happy they had two peloton bikes! Yay! We planned to ride in the morning and then check out and go for a hike. Well we spent 20 minutes trying to get the bikes to work- one the seat adjust is stripped and it is stuck very low- the other does not go on. So then we had to change our plans and go for a hike - we asked for an 11:30 check out (just 30 minutes late as we wasted time trying to get the bikes to work) and the front desk said no. So we left immediately and checked into the Equinox early and have had a wonderful day here! As a side note when you arrive at the Kimpton you get a ticket for one wine or one beer in the library from 5-6. but at the Equinox it is a wine social from 4-6 for everyone - no one ticket one drink situation. Also the room is much bigger. Also the staff at the Equinox did not seem so bothered by the guests as we felt at the Kimpton. (sorry Kimpton- I asked a few questions- we have never been here... sorry to put you out with having to answer- Only one front desk person was smiling and she was the woman who helped us with setting up our car in the charger.- thank you to her!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The coffee provided was unfortunately only lukewarm, and the popcorn supply seemed a little short. But, on the other hand no other hotel has ever provided free popcorn for us
