There was no tv service and they knew ahead of my check-in and dis not inform me. The parking lot was very slippery because of ice. The phone in my room did not work so i had to go down stairs to the front desk to let them know. The guy tried to brushed things off like it wasnt no issue. I would like a discount or refund but was told that they could not do it on their end because i went thru you.guys

TV's didn't work, refrigerator had over 3 inches of ice block that resulted in the staff trying to defrost the refrigerator, microwave on desk (or it may have been the electrical panel didn't work), and on top of all of this I fell, slipping on ice and snow in the parking lot entrance because no one bothered to shovel or put salt down after knowing of the weather conditions!

The room was gross. There were stains on the walls, lamps, and furniture. The bathroom door did not close all the way and there was no curtain on the shower. Plus the towels had stains on them as well.

Over all very nice stay. Three negatives that didn't impact our stay too much....but need addressing..... 1. Shower head was old with buildup. 20 dollar fix...it needs replacing. And there was no water pressure. The sink, on the other hand, had great pressure. Weird. 2. In the bathroom...the wallpaper was coming off which looks bad. 3. Hair dryer outside plastic broken, showing inner metal. Probably not too safe. Again, they are about 20 bucks....replace it asap. Room 222. I'd absolutely stay again.
