Beautiful, quiet self contained private guest house located right on the shore of Lake Chapin, with large master bedroom overlooking the lake. Large bathroom. Extra sleeping space for 6 people. This home offers all the amenities of home. Lake Chapin is an all sports lake with good fishing, bring the boat and water toys or forget bringing anything and enjoy the lakeside firepit, Paddle boats and kayaks that are provided. The home is located close to amenities, but has the feel of up north seclusion. Updated 2021 New Granite Counter Tops, Stainless Stove, and sink. Brand New Carpet. The home is fully stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, grill. Only 3.8 miles from Hidden Vineyard Wedding Barn. If you have a larger party you need to accommodate, please reach out, as we have larger accommodations, so your party can stay together. Close to Redbud Track & Trail, Andrews University, Notre Dame, Berrien County Youth Fair Grounds, LMC, SMC, lots of wineries, breweries, casinos.
