We were very comfortable in our room. My cousin was so impressed with the showerhead and pressure. She loved it. My only disappointment was the bed linen smell like smoke. Overall the staff at check in and out were fantastic.

I got in line behind one other person at registration. No one else was behind me in any of the 3 lines. The 3 tellers were waiting on people. The one lady (Vanessa) called me over when she was finished with her person. Two people came in her line after she called me to come over to her. She asked if I had Premier Membership. I said no. She immediately chewed me out for not staying in the back of the line which I did. She was very loud and asked the people who had just come in line if they wanted to come up there before me. They said no. Take care of her. She was nasty the whole time. She ruined my stay. The checkout lady was very nice at the end of our stay. The Valet woman was not very nice either. We spent hundreds of dollars there. I have been to numerous hotels and have never been treated that badly.

It was a one night stay with friends as we were visiting wineries in the area. This is our second time staying at the Hotel and it was fabulous, very clean, comfortable and we also did a little gambling.
