Ticks all the Boxes!

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties. We look for cleanliness and location and this property has both. Pros: New construction in walkable distance to downtown Bentonville. Quiet with no problems from traffic noise or neighbors. Bonus points for having an attached garage that we could actually use. So many properties lock off the garages leaving our car exposed so we have to empty it even for a short stay. AND this owner actually left a garage remote for use. Many properties I have to get out of the car and enter a code even where garage access is allowed because a remote isn’t furnished. Not fun in the rain. Nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. Nice linens and towels. Owner communicated promptly. Cons: nothing major but I depend on reviews and those that have no “cons” aren’t very useful. This isn’t the owner’s fault, but the builder/architect only has one HVAC unit for this two story fairly large townhome. And the sole thermostat is on the second floor. As a result, when it was comfortably cool upstairs in the bedrooms, the downstairs was colder than a meat locker. Our stay was in July. Additionally, the builder/architect hung the HVAC on the exterior wall right against a guest bedroom. It created quite the noise when running. Inexcusable in a Million Dollar townhome. In the same vein, the refrigerator had no ice maker! And the plastic trays in the freezer section were not filled so it was a couple of hours to get ice.Conclusion. Excelllent! Will stay again.

Excellent house

We loved our stay at the house. It was so convenient to downtown Bentonville and we walked everywhere. The house was clean, comfortable and well set up. The property manager was very responsive and communicated well.

Bentonville stay

Had a wonderful time in Bentonville
brought our bikes and golf clubs
had a great time. Our place was very close to downtown Bentonville so we could walk to a lot of the restaurants. Biked to Crystal Bridges. Golf was also 15-25 minutes away. Really enjoyed our stay in Arkansas.

Perfect location to enjoy Bentonville

We've been traveling to Bentonville since 2017 and this was one of our favorite locations, with easy walking access to downtown shopping and restaurants, and several mountain bike trails we could easily ride to directly from the townhouse. After a full day of activity, we enjoyed watching a movie on the comfy couch. Would highly recommend whether you're in town to ride bikes or just experience the downtown Bentonville area.

Great Stay

Our family of four enjoyed this property on our recent mountain bike vacation.We enjoyed the use of the double garage, the upstairs patio and the bbq grill area reserved for tenants. There was a lot of space for everyone and the location was very central with restaurants and shops in walkable distance.

Perfect downtown location

We stayed here over fall break recently and loved it! The condo is very nice and had the right amount of space for our family of 4. My two boys loved that they each got their own bedroom with a tv. The condo is very clean and in a great area. The location was perfect for what we needed. We were a 10 minute walk/4 minute bike ride to the square and all the shops and restaurants. We walked to and from dinner each night and felt very safe walking home after dark. The property manager was very responsive via text when we were checking in and had a problem with the door code. The garage was great to have to store our bikes and also had plenty of room to park our suv as well. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and relaxing

We really enjoyed staying here. This is the 4th VRBO place that we stayed in Bentonville and our family liked this one the best. It had everything we needed and had enough space we could spread out when needed. We loved that it was so close to the city center and walked there several times during our stay. We would definitely recommend this condo and would like to stay there again when we visit beautiful Bentonville.

more headache than it was worth

headache from the start. they got the dates wrong, took too much effort to correct, then charged the bill wrong, didn't send a working link for check in so we sat around in a car for an hour just waiting on the address and check in code. we didn't get in the door until 6:30 pm. Still did not fix the over charging, had to deal with vrbo and credit card to get the charges fixed. A nice home means nothing if you've added a 4 hour headache to resolve it. It's supposed to be a vacation.
