During your stay, enjoy a state-of-the-art space with luxury amenities! Our 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home has a fully stocked kitchen, two cozy living spaces and an outdoor living area, creating plenty of space for you and your crew (of up to 8 people) to relax.

When you walk through the front door, you'll immediately enter into our open concept living room. This has to be our favorite spot in the house because it's flooded with TONS of natural light and accented with bright, modern decor. Here, you'll find an overstuffed gray couch, two lounge chairs, a 55-inch TCL Roku TV and our stunning electric fireplace. 



In between the living room and kitchen area, you'll see our round, 6-top dining table - the perfect place to enjoy a meal or play a game of cards with the crew. Past the dining area, you'll see our kitchen, which is fully stocked with state-of-the-art amenities and appliances, including a gas stove, combination Keurig/drip coffee pot and plenty of built-in storage. In the center of our kitchen, you'll see our large island, which hosts our sink and three gold barstools. 



Head upstairs and you'll enter our Bonus Room. Here, you'll find a gray daybed, 43-inch TCL Roku TV and a basket with tons of games like Scattergories, Apples to Apples, Scrabble, Bananagrams and more. Get ready for some friendly competition!



At the end of the day, settle into one of our six luxury beds:

(1) Our first Primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, dresser, lounge chair and en suite bath.

(2) Our second Primary bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, dresser, 43-inch TCL Roku TV, lounge chair and en suite bath.

(3) Our third bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, closet and nearby bath.

(4) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, dresser, closet and nearby bath.

(5-6) In the Bonus Room, you'll have access to our Twin-size daybed and Twin-size trundle bed.



Through the sliding glass doors in our living room, you'll see our patio area! This space has two lounge chairs, a 6-top outdoor dining table, BBQ grill and string lights. Looking to take on NWA's hundreds of miles of trails? Our garage is fully equipped with bike racks, air pump and trail map. It also has an electric car charging port!



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
