When you walk in our home you will find our open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space that creates the perfect space for memorable gatherings. A well-appointed kitchen opens to the living room. Enjoy the convenience of one designated parking spot in a private garage (additional parking available in front of the complex), along with bike racks and a bike wash station. Unwind on the private fenced patio located on the main level, ideal for outdoor entertainment and relaxation in the hot tub. Spend time outside utilizing our Expert Grill, outdoor dining space, and fire pit for a perfect outdoor experience.
When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms on the second floor or the additional sleeping areas in the loft:
(1) Primary bedroom - King size bed, Vizio TV with Roku streaming, and an en suite bathroom.
(2) Second bedroom - Queen size bed, Samsung TV with Roku streaming, and a nearby bathroom.
(3) Third bedroom - Queen size bed and a nearby bathroom.
(4) Loft - 3 Twin XL beds + Queen size Sofa bed, and a Panasonic TV with Roku streaming.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Please keep dogs off the furniture and beds. If guests are out, dogs must be kenneled.
