Located less than a mile from the Coler Creek Mountain Bike Preserve South parking lot, The Hummingbird House is the ideal 'bike in/bike out' home for your Bentonville getaway!

With a spacious layout and plenty of seating, this is the perfect home for your large group or family.

The Space:
Living room: There is plenty of seating around the smart TV in the living area and a gas
fireplace.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with a gas stove, toaster, dishes, silverware, a coffee maker (K Cup and batch brew), a blender, pots/pans, bakeware, a kettle, and cups. Seating includes 6 barstools, and a dining room table to seat 6. The barstool area nearest to the window can also function as a dedicated workspace with a printer and printer paper located inside the closet next to it.

Bedroom 1: Master with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and walk-in shower in the connected
bathroom with robes included.

Bedroom 2: Bedroom has a queen-sized bed and french-door closet.

Bedroom 3: Bedroom with two single beds and french-door closet.

Laundry room: Full-sized washer and dryer with ironing board and iron, and
laundry detergent.

Garage: Two-car garage for parking and a rack to store your bikes.

Backyard: Private fenced in backyard with a deck, patio furniture, grill and grill tools, and a hammock.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and the backyard.

Other Things to Note:
-Pets are allowed, but must be disclosed, approved and added to the reservation.
-All guests using the house must be added to the reservation.
-Please note that the HOA does not allow parking in the street. There is driving and garage parking.
-All guests using the property must be registered under total number of guests .
