Dear holiday guests,

our 2012 built apartment is located in the idyllic village of Balm on the sunny island of Usedom with a direct view of the backwaters.
To make you feel at home with us, we have furnished the apartment with everything you know and expect from home.
This includes a modern bathroom, as well as a spacious bedroom with a 180 cm wide double bed, sufficient closet space and storage space for your clothes.
The living and dining room with a direct view of the water offers, in addition to a separate dining table, a 3D large-screen TV and an IPod / iPhone docking station with a comfortable pull-out couch, sleeping accommodation for two children. Here or on our balcony with south-west orientation and direct view of the water, you have the opportunity to end your vacation days relaxed with a glass of wine. If you want to take your pet with you, please contact us beforehand.

A great vacation also means eating and drinking well. Our wholesome kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher offers everything your heart desires.
Of course, kettles, toasters, espresso machines and a conventional coffee machine, as well as corresponding cookware, should not be missing. A washing machine is also in the house.
And if you would like to be catered for outside, the steak house, the hotel restaurant of the golf hotel and the Italian restaurant Zur Alten Schule (open depending on the season) are within walking distance of three restaurants that offer a wide selection. In addition, the Fischhus in Neppermin, beautifully situated on Lake Balmer, with a fantastic sunset is recommended for a visit for dinner on the terrace.

We also do not neglect the topic of wellness / fitness. A sauna area with 3 different saunas, a small fitness area, separate shower area and a relaxation room are at your disposal.
Outside, the lawn invites you to sunbathe with free loungers and direct water access.

In addition to bicycles, the directly connected golf club with two 18-hole and one 9-hole courses is also available for active leisure activities. For details please contact our friendly property management staff directly in the annex.

The imperial baths Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are easy to reach by experienced cyclists. For everyone else, a short drive is recommended.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden. Es war jedoch eine falsche Adresse angegeben von FeWo. Des weitern haben wir ebenfalls Abreisedaten von MyUsedom erhalten. Die Anweisungen stimmten nicht überein und ebenfalls die Adressen nicht. Das war sehr verwirrend.

Zum Jahreswechsel im Balmer Resort

Der Aufenthalt zwischen den Jahren war angenehm. Wir sind sonst immer in Bansin. Das Apartment Haus war max. zu 1/3 belegt und somit war es schön ruhig am See was wir die wir aus Berlin kommen sehr begrüßt haben. Von Balm aus sind es 20 Minuten bis vor zum Parkplatz vorne am Meer in Bansin kostet die Tageskarte 10 Euro. Wenn es einen nicht stört jeden Tag das Auto zu benutzen um ans Meer zu fahren ist man am Balmer See gut aufgehoben.

Erholsame Tage

Wir waren Ende Mai für einige Tage in dieser sehr schönen und hochwertig ausgestattet FeWo. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Seeblick und Ruhe war herrlich. Auch die Saunen, Finnische -, Bio - und Dampfbad und die Liegewiese am See mit kleinem Steg mit Leiter sind toll. Kleines Manko war, die Info bezüglich Checkin, die wir über die FeWo Kommunikation bekommen hatten, passte nicht. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Aber über ein Telefonat wurde alles geregelt. Die Rezeption ist wohl nur zur Hauptreisezeit besetzt.

Ruhig gelegen, nah an den turbulenten Seebädern

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit absolutem Wohlfühleffekt! Es fehlt an nichts, die Anlage liegt idyllisch am Balmer See und die Wohnung mit Blick auf diesen von der Terrasse aus.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war hochwertig und komplett ausgestattet. Der Blick auf den See war Klasse. Das Internet war , wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, sehr schlecht. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, aber man kann alle interessanten Orte mit dem PKW schnell erreichen.

Immer wieder toll

Wir waren 2015 bereits in der Rezidenz am Balmer See und in dieser FeWo. Damals war es die beste FeWo ever seit mehr als 20 Jahren FeWo-Erfahrung. Häufig halten die guten Erinnerungen der Wahrnehmung nicht mehr stand, wenn man/frau erneut das gleiche Ziel bucht und - wie in diesem Fall - die selbe FeWo wieder nutzt. Diesmal haben sich die ausgesprochen positiven Bewertungen von 2015 voll bestätigt. Er war wieder alles bestens. - Zum Standort am Balmsee. Wer den "Rummel" der Kaiserbäder Bansin, Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck sucht, sollte dort buchen. Wem das jedoch zu touristisch und zu menschenvoll ist, der wird am Balmsee wunderbare Ruhe und weitläufige Natur finden. Fußläufig zu erreichen sind zwei, drei sehr hübsche Restaurants und Cafés. Einziger Nachteil: einen Supermarkt erreicht man/frau erst Bansin, ca. 10 km von der Residenz am Balmsee entfernt. Tipp noch: unbedingt E-Bikes buchen (gar nicht teuer; Verleih Kruggel liefert die Räder zur Unterkunft an).
