Good hotel in a great location.

The hotel was quite nice. Parking was attached but the door was locked to get into the hotel from the parking ramp and once we checked out we couldn’t get into the parking ramp because we no longer had a key to the elevator. This seemed to flummox the staff and they were not helpful. The location is good. Walking distance to where you want to go in Bergen. It was fine. Not spectacular.

Fantastic classy hotel

Beautiful classy hotel in the heart of the Bryggen tourist area. Walk to almost everywhere nearby. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner are all included. Breakfast offers a wide selection of food. In the rainy days in Bergen, this is like a warm welcoming home to the guests staying there. Highly recommended!

Really excellent property! Location could not be better - it was a 3-10 minute walk of everyplace we wanted to go! Staff were friendly and very helpful with all questions and requests. The real highlight was breakfast however - definitely among the very best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had, even at much pricier hotels! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Beautiful, older hotel in good condition. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Free breakfast, mid-day snack, and dinner. Excellent location near waterfront.

Lovely hotel and great location. 10 minures from main train station. Staff very friendly and efficient especially those in the dining room. Only downside we had an issue with our door not locking. But was resolved while we were out for the day.

In a great area,to explore old Bergen. Room a lot bigger than most. Provide not o ly excellent and varied breakfast, but also afternoon tea and dinner is included. If you need to leave before 6am, say to catch the train, they give you a great takeaway breakfast bag.
