The air conditioning was centrally controlled so at night it was quite still and warm, but you could open a window. There might have been more food options than we found but food options close by were limited.

Loved it!

I was so impressed with how beautifully equipped the kitchen was, complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, electric kettle and every kind of dish, pot and pan, or utensil one could want. The bathroom was extremely large and modern, and the rest of the room was nicely furnished and comfortable for sleeping, dining, or sitting around. A safe is provided and there's plenty of storage, hangers, etc. Free tea and coffee and always available in the lobby. The location is also great. There's the Charlottenhof train station just steps away, it's an easy walk to Sansoucci and the other palaces, and shopping is also close by. Even the main train station is a walkable distance away. In the 3 days we were there, no one came to clean the room, but I prefer it that way. I assume if we had needed fresh towels or sheets for a longer stay that we could have asked for them. It's almost like living in an apartment, though, and I liked that! I'd definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Had a very comfortable room with a kitchen and the basics for making some food if you choose. Great shower, comfortable bed. The staff here just excellent as far as service! Very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

It was a rough stay. The staff was nice and well-intentioned. Check in was delayed, and the communication around our room availability was poor. The room itself was large and had potential. But it was a hot day and the a/c — something we looked for in this place — was not adequate (and was controlled at the front d). Worse, the water was turned off at two different times, both coinciding with our showers. Lastly, the Expedia listing says that parking is available, but in reality it’s limited and needs to be reserved in a process that I was not made aware of. The front desk did comp our breakfast and room tax as a gesture to make up for the experience. As I said, everyone was very nice and tried to help. And the property has potential. It just needs more attention and investment.

Für uns als Gruppe waren die Küchen in jedem Zimmer perfekt. Wir konnten unsere Lebensmittel kühlen und unser Frühstück selbst zubereiten. Abends nutzten wir die gemütlichen Sofas in der Lobby. Die Fenster hielten den Straßenlärm super ab.

Wir sind mit zwei Hunden angereist, die wir nachträglich angemeldet hatten. Ich hatte vorsorglich nochmal nachgefragt, ob ich ein Studio mit Balkon gebucht hätte und dies wurde bestätigt. Vor Ort wurden wir dann in ein Studio ohne Balkon eingecheckt. Ich hätte mir Euros mehr Kommunikaton gewünscht während die Situation gelöst wurde, aber letztlich bekamen wir einen Suite Balkon. Das Personal war dabei super freundlich! Hilfreich wäre eine klarere Kommunikatin zur Parksituation. Wir würden wieder kommen!
