The flat is located 3 km southeast of Potsdam city centre in the Waldstadt residential area, in a section between the Havel and Ravensberg rivers, exactly where city and nature meet.



The excursion into nature begins right outside the front door.



Characteristic of the immediate surroundings are not only the many trees, but also the idyllic allotment gardens and modern terraced houses as well as quaint settlers' houses.
