The green Berlin district of Frohnau is also known as a “suburb of villas.” This name also refers to the idyllic tranquility that is otherwise hard to find in Berlin. The apartment, which features a terrace and a garden area shielded from view by a hedge, is about a 6-minute walk from the Frohnau shopping centre. You’ll also find bus service and the S-Bahn here, which takes you to Berlin Mitte in 30 minutes. There’s also a post office, banks, pharmacies, bakeries, bike rentals, restaurants, cafes, and much more.
Since Frohnau is practically surrounded by nature, it’s also nestled among meadows, forests, and bodies of water—making it ideal for hikes and/or bike rides.
For the basement apartment attached to the house, we’ve placed great emphasis on high-quality furnishings to ensure our guests feel comfortable. The furnishings are either new or at least like-new.
In the bedroom and living room, all the furniture is made of solid wood, and the large sleeper sofa is made of genuine leather. The bedroom features a 1.80 m wide double bed, the connecting room has a single bed, and the living room has the double sofa bed. All windows have mosquito screens on the outside and privacy pleated blinds on the inside; the bedroom also has cozy curtains.
The vacation rental measures 65 m² without the terrace.
