The lovingly designed apartment on the upper floor of the Landhaus Arcadia offers beds for 4 persons. The apartment is located in Paretz on the Havel River, the village built in 1797. By car to Berlin - Potsdam in just 35 minutes. The country house has 2 vacation rentals for connoisseurs.

The maisonette apartment with a sleeping gallery offers a fantastic view of the original Havel countryside. Meadows, forests, rivers and lakes alternate.
Flocks of birds and wild animals as well as the vastness of the sky can be heard, observed and enjoyed from here.

The spacious living room offers a modern kitchenette, adjoining dining area and a bright, comfortable living area. Here you will also find a cozy, padded reading niche with its own lighting and a view of the vast landscape. A wooden staircase leads to a spacious hideaway on the gallery, which - equipped with two beds - invites you to read, play or sleep. If necessary, the beds can be moved slightly (small castors) in order to use the free space during the day as a playground for children.

The bedroom: The double bed measures approx. 200 cm x 160 cm, pillows and blankets are lined with natural down. Your cooking options: stove with ceramic hob, extractor hood with exhaust air (!) outside, dishwasher (Siemens) and fridge / freezer (approx. 260 l) from Bosch, u. a. Pots and pans made of stainless steel, utensils that you like to have for hobby cooking. The porcelain is from Villeroy & Boch.

Washing: on request you can use the washing machine and dryer for a small fee, they are located in a utility room next to your entrance. The equipment includes: free WiFi, HiFi radio / CD with USB connection and plug for iPhone, a television with DVD as well as a wide range of adult and children's books and games for cozy reading evenings as well as selected CDs with jazz and classical music.

Excursions: the nearer and further afield are a paradise for experiences of various kinds: swimming in 10 minutes on foot to the Havel with its clear water, and a sandy beach for children, the water at this point only 20 cm deep. Supervision is of course still necessary - like at the sea.

Rental for canoes, paddle boats, motor boats, bicycles 2 - 4 km away. Steamboat trips to Potsdam and Brandenburg.
