We stayed for a long weekend. Our room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The staff were without exception very friendly and helpful. Chwck in was smooth, with our baggage stored after our early arrival and in our room when we returned. Breakfast was a feast with very attentive and friendly service. The bar was a relaxing oasis from the streets of Berlin. The pool was a lovely bonus with great views over the rooftops. We had a marvellous time.

Great location hotel, but reception was darkly decorated and staff member wasn't the most welcoming. No frills hotel, ok, clean, but design and space not great for a standard room. Shower in bath had extremely high sides, so made it difficult to get in and out. Probably wouldn't wish to stay again. Pool was ok though worth a dip.

Ugly architecture, soulless, gloomy hotel. The Reception arranged a taxi to the airport. The taxi reeked of cigarettes, the driver offensive. My complaint to the hotel was not responded to.
