Room was clean. Towels soft and bed very comfortable. Besides bathroom basics of soap, tissue and toilet paper, there was nothing else. No kettle or coffee, no toiletries at all. The bathroom mirror was big but about a meter away because the sink and ledge were about a meter deep. No vanity mirror that can be pulled close but the full length mirror on the outside of the bathroom door helped make up for it. The double doors to open for fresh air was nice. We were facing the street but it was really quiet. Had a really good sleep on both nights. Good location as very close to key tourist sites but on a quiet road. Johnny’s bar on the Friday night was great fun! Highly recommend.

Great, spacious room! Was upgraded on arrival by being a IHG member and late checkout. Absolutely brilliant location, easy to get to the underground and notable areas of interest. Lots of food options bearby or walking distance too

I didn’t eat breakfast, the rooms are nice and clean the staff was super friendly and everyone spoke English. The A/C and heat worked good. The location is perfect. The bed was hard.

The hotel is in an excellent location to everything. Shopping, public transport and main tourist attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room had exactly what we needed in terms of the basics but it would have been nice to have modern cable television and bathroom necessities (toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion, etc.). The chair in our room was very worn down but the comforters were out of this world. They were incredibly comfy and so nice to sleep with. I did not like that I couldn’t open my bedroom window because someone was always smoking outside and the smell would inundate the room. We also loved Johnnys bar next door: the food was amazing!

Nice hotel in great location but terrible WiFi/Roo

Location was great, as was the breakfast and other food and drink options. However, the WiFi in our room was non-functional. I needed to work during the trip and was not able to do so from my room. Also we were there for 6 nights and our room was only cleaned once. We had to go track down clean towels, extra toilet paper and soap on our own.
