This double storey townhouse is your home away from home in Bermagui.
A prime location, this property is a short walk to beaches, cafes, supermarket and the award-winning Bermagui Blue Pool.
You will realise upon entry how much bigger this townhouse is than it looks. The generous sizing, along with the modern furnishings, will make you comfortable from the first moment.
Walking in you enter the lounge area with a large corner lounge, coffee table, reverse cycle air-conditioning, smart television, complimentary Wi-Fi and modern decor. Walking through to the back of the bottom level you go past the 4th bedroom which has a very comfortable double bed and ensuite. Going further through you come to the dining area with a 6-seater dining table. The brand-new fully equipped kitchen has an oven, stovetop, coffee machine, coffee grinder, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and all other necessities to cook a feast. The laundry has a washer, dryer and toilet. The back courtyard has a large outdoor setting and Webber BBQ.
Going upstairs you have 3 bedrooms and a main bathroom. The main bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity, mirror cabinet and a toilet. The main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, King size bed - can be made up as 2 king singles - with bedside tables and lamps, reverse cycle air-conditioning and an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. The second bedroom has a King size bed - can be made up as 2 king singles, access to the back deck with sea glimpses and sunrise views, bedside tables and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed with bedside tables, reverse cycle air-conditioning and access to the back deck with sea glimpses and sunrise views. The fourth bedroom (downstairs) has a Double size bed.
The Agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wifi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please have a backup plan.
Linen: Guests will need to bring their own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.

Very uncomfortable bed in master bedroom. Mouldy shower, dirty bath. Everything felt sticky and unclean Lawns overgrown. Bins full. Bbq was filthy. Wheelie bins were full.
The property itself was presented well, although there are a couple of items that need attention,
1. The A/C in the master bedroom goes out on fault , even though the filters were absolutely disgraceful , we cleaned and washed them but the unit must be faulty.
2. The flooring near the sink and dishwasher is very bad and could cause an injury one day, otherwise all other appliances and facilities are ok thankyou.
Always think that the best thing about Bermi is how walkable it is. This is exactly where you want to be - 4mins to Bares Beach, 1 min to blue pool, 7 mins to the pub and Horseshoe bay. Car stays in the driveway. Perfect.
Its modern half a house, top of the hill so can always catch a window glimpse of the ocean or mountains and hear the waves at night. Its bigger than the photos indicate, plenty of room for 8 people and lots of bathrooms, a slightly awkward kitchen, weekend paper sized hardwood outside table and a neat backyard that is all the space you need then there is a massive park around the corner and aforementioned beaches just a skip away. Garden beds were growing us fresh herbs and marigolds! We absolutely loved it.
