Set over the beautiful bird watching wetlands on the sand dunes of Moorheads Beach, "The Outlook" is a perfect little getaway in Bermagui.
The unit is on the north side of Bermagui's spectacular harbour, within 150m walking to great local shops and cafes for your morning coffee and breakfast.
The unit is a two storey duplex in a quiet and tranquil spot at the rear of the block, with a path out over the sand dunes that takes you right to the beach without even having to put your shoes on!!
The unit has been recently renovated with brand new kitchen and bathrooms. The Outlook can sleep up to 7 but is also perfect to be a cosy romantic getaway for a couple, looking for a lovely weekend or holiday away. There is 3 bedrooms including a master with large en-suite, and a mezzanine level that sleeps 3 in singles, and another bedroom downstairs that can be a queen or pushed apart to make two further single beds if needed.
The open plan kitchen/living/dining are light and airy as floor to ceiling windows lets you drink in the views over the deck of the bird watching wetlands, Mt Dromedary and the ocean over the dunes. The kitchen is fully equipped, great for those wanting to stay home and eat in after a long day of exploring, surfing or fishing. Lovely linens and towels are also provided to make your stay easy and comfortable.
The property has a lock up garage and an extra car space, as well as a laundry and outdoor washing line. The property has a fire pit on a beautiful redgum timber outdoor entertaining area that is perfect for the evening (fire restrictions permitting). Pets are allowed but please note that the property is not fenced so will need to be on a lead when not in the unit. The upstairs area is not suitable for children under the age of 3.
Bermagui has so much to offer from great cafes and bakeries, glorious ocean beaches, snorkelling, surfing, great walking trails like the horsehead rock trail, and of course the world class fishing! The harbour has wonderful wine bars & restaurants overlooking the boats and is a perfect place to unwind from the day.
